Berkeley City College 2015 Summer Class Schedule 2 Welcome to Berkeley City College Welcome to Berkeley City College's 2015 summer session. Our summer classes provide you with a variety of lower division transfer and job training classes at times to fit your schedule. They are excellent ways for you to start college. About Pre-and-Co-Requisites Certain Berkeley City College courses have prerequisites or corequisites. Pre-and-corequisites are listed in italics below the course title. Courses with prerequisites, corequisites and recommended preparation are implemented in accordance with Title 5 regulations and Board Policy. For more information about pre-and-corequisites, consult a BCC counselor. Students who complete prerequisites outside the Peralta District must submit a copy of an unofficial transcript or grade report when they enroll. Remember These Important Dates* For Summer Session Classes June 15 Summer Classes begin. June 21 Last day to drop regular session classes and receive a refund. Short-term and open-entry classes must be dropped within 10% of the first class meeting to receive a refund. June 21 Last day to drop regular session classes without "W."** June 21 Last day to add classes. June 22 Census day. June 24 Last day to file for Pass/No Pass grading option. June 25 Last day to file petitions for AA/AS Degree or Certificate. July 3 Holiday. Classes do not meet. July 14 Last day to withdraw from regular summer classes with a W. Enrollment Fees** The current California community college enrollment fee for students who have lived continuously in the state one or more years is $46 per unit. Out-of state-students pay $259 per unit (the cost includes the $46 per unit enrollment fee). International students pay $265 per unit, which includes the $46 per unit enrollment fee and a Capital Outlay Fee up to $144 per year; and a $15 summer Health Services Fee.
