Concerns how well the various activities have transformed the available resources into the intended outputs (i.e. results) in terms of quantity, quality and time. Relates to good management and value for money. Relates to how well the results achieved have furthered the attainment of the stated intervention purpose. Concerns whether there has been a change towards the achievement of the overall long-term objective(s) as a consequence of the intervention.
