Vegetable Water Soluble Extracts & Oil Soluble Extracts Genel üretim prosesi / Manufacturing process : 1. Listemizde bulunan bitkiler, gıda kalite etil alkol ile fermante edilir. All botanicals listed in our catalog are fermenated with best quality food-grade ethanol. 2. Uygun süre sonunda ekstraktöre yerleştirilir ve ortamdaki tüm alkol buharlaştırılır. Buharlaşma esnasında bitkinin aktif molekülleri parçalanır. Bu işlem üç kez tekrarlanır. All the ethanol is evaporated in extractor. The evaporation helps to release the active molecules from the plant material. This step is repeated 3 times to obtain the highest purity botanical extract. 3. Elde edilen %100 bitkisel aktif, müşterilerimizin talebi ve ihtiyacına göre uygun bir taşıyıcıya alınır (Monopropylene Glycol, Glycerine, Soya yağı, Ayçiçeği yağı, Kanola Yağı) The 100% botanical active is infused into suitable carrier such as Monopropylene Glycol, Glycerine, Soy oil, Sunflower, or Canola oil per customers request. 4. Taşıma işleminin ardından 18 kat filtreden geçirilir. The extracts are then passed through filters 18 times to ensure the purity of the product. 5. Son filtreleme işleminden önce, taşıyıcısına uygun koruyucu ilave edilir. Eğer ürün Oily Extract ise Vitamin E ilavesi yapılır. Before the last filtration step, preservative is added to the product. Vitamin E is added to prevent oxidation in oily extracts. 6. 0.25 mikronluk son kat filtreden geçirilir. Extract is filter-sterilized with 0.25 micron filter to remove fine particles and bacteria that could originate from the carrier. 7. Mikrobiyolojik ve standart diğer testleri yapılır. Microbiological and standard tests are performed to provide our customers with a complete assurance of sterility. 8. Analiz Sertifikası düzenlenir. The analysis certificate is prepared. Our Certification of analysis contains precise specifications and testing parameters of each lot, and is available according to customer s requests. 9. Ürün ambalajlanır ve sevke hazır halde depolanır. The product is packaged and stored for transportation Suda ve Yağda çözünen ekstraktların standardı / Standards for Water or Oil-soluble Extracts : 1. Firmamızın bitkisel aktif standardı minimum %20 (Herbal ratio is 200 (±5)gr/kg)dir. Müşterilerimizden gelen talepler doğrultusunda özel olarak %5 ile %100 lük konsantrasyonlar da hazırlanabilir. Our minimum botanical standard is 20% with a herbal ratio of 200 ±5 gr/kg. The concentration of botanical extracts can be adjusted from 5% to 100% according to customer's request. 2. Suda çözünen extract larda kullanılan standart koruyucu: Chloromethylisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone (MCI/MI) and Benzyl Alcohol karışımıdır. Oily Extractlarda ise koruyucu kullanılmaz. Okside olmaması için Vitamin E ilavesi yapılır. The Chloromethylisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone (MCI/MI) and Benzyl Alcohol is the standard preservative for water-soluble extracts. Oil soluble extracts only receive Vitamin E to prevent oxidation. 3. Oily ekstraktlarda standart taşıyıcımız Soya yağıdır. Taşıyıcısı Ayçiçek yağı ve Kanola yağı olan oily extractlar talep üzerine üretilmektedir. Our standard carrier is Soybean oil in oil soluble extracts. Oily extracts with Sunflower or Canola oil is produced upon customer request. 4. Ürünlerimizin raf ömürleri 12 ile 24 ay arasında değişmektedir.
