Sport Specifics M/W Tennis practices off campus most of year as well as match play off campus in the city nearby. Both Rowing teams practice on the SchuykillRiver early mornings in Fall/Spring; in weight room on ergs in AM during winter workouts Athletes transported by bus to Ambler Gym space gets tight during winter workouts due to weather. Training room can become clustered sue to amount of athletes being seen and all teams practicing at similar times. Practice coverage can start as early as 1p in the afternoons, does not allow for a down time or lunch closing most days. Washington Office 35 minute drive Main Office, 5 th Floor Boyer 10 minute drive Jeannes Hospital, Northeast 25 minute drive Oaks Office 45-60 minute drive Team Physician is very accessible and open to seeing our athletes, provided we an get them to where he is. Challenge for sure! Doctor s Clinic on Campus 1 Morning per week; 6a 8:15a; located in training rooms Challenge: Seeing FB athlete at one site, then going to next site for Olympic sports at another site across campus Seeing anywhere from 20-25 athletes in a morning. Providing follow-up needs for post-op athletes during this time as well Physical Therapists are available on site for these mornings to discuss progress notes. Budget and Insurance Information Insurance information has never been used to project the trends of previous years very interested in doing this. COB/No COB/No Insurance issues Athletics requires primary insurance policy before eligible to participate, along with PPE, Physical by Temple MD; Sickle Cell; Concussion baseline testing, etc Primary Insurance billed first, followed by secondary policy through athletics; Exit Interviews completed upon end of career or dropping from team.
