Feel free to replace any of your main meals with one TR90 M-Bar. Do the TR90 M-Bars or M-Shakes contain lactose? Yes. Milk proteins are a good source of quality proteins, providing a wide amino acid profile and the required amount of vitamins and minerals. The TR90 M-Shakes are prepared with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk. This, for the same reason, namely to give you the required amount of vitamins, minerals and proteins. Are the TR90 M-Bars and M-Shakes gluten free? No. The meal replacement bars contain wheat and barley (chocolate bar); and barley (lemon crisp bar), which contain gluten. As an alternative, Nu Skin offers the TR90 M-Shakes which are gluten free. Are the TR90 M-Bars and M-Shakes suitable for vegans/vegetarians? Both TR90 M-Bars and M-Shakes flavours contain milk. The chocolate bar also contains collagen hydrolysate coming from animals. Depending on the individual s dietary choices, some vegetarians may find this to be acceptable, while someone who is following a vegan diet may not.
