Northshore Technical Community College - & s ATI Course Background Check $102.50 per semester $14.35 Practical Nursing students are required to pay this non-refundable fee of $102.50 per semester for ATI assessments/testing. students are required to pay this non-refundable fee of $14.35 for a background check prior to clinical rotation. Extensive Background Check Drug Screening Test $14.35 $26.50 students are required to pay this non-refundable fee of $14.35 for an extensive background check for certain hospitals. Some students are required to pay this non-refundable fee of $26.50 for processing a drug test. NCLEX Exam $200.00 Some students are required to pay this non-refundable NCLEX exam fee of $200. Liability Insurance Math Course $13.00 $75 per course Some students are required to pay this non-refundable fee of $13 for liability insurance related to clinical courses within hospitals.
