The intab requirement for Households is 45 intabs and for Persons is 16 intabs. 7 HOW MUCH BACK DATA IS PRESENT? 9 CAN I CHANGE MY REPORT ONCE I SUBMIT IT? The Time Period Custom report starts with data as of 2/5/2004. Minute by Minute Rating starts with data as of 4/24/2008 Minute by Minute Flow starts with data as of 4/24/2008 Reach and Frequency starts with data as of 4/24/2008 Reports can be edited while they are processing. You can highlight a report and click edit, this will create a copy of your submitted report and it will not interfere with your original submission. NOTE Edited reports will use the same report title as the Parent Report. NLTV will allow you to submit a report with the same name as another report but you can give the report a new name while you are in the report configuration prompt. 8 WHAT CALCULATION DIFFERENCES EXIST BETWEEN NLTV AND LOCAL CUSTOM TOOLBOX? When running a Custom Survey report in Local Custom Toolbox, the reported intabs and Sum of Weights (SOW) are based on the survey period as a whole. We have revised this calculation in Nielsen Local TV View to report intabs and SOW based on the daypart requested. For example, if the reported daypart is Monday 8p-9p, the reported intab/sow will only consider Mondays. For this reason, not all rows in a report will have the same intab or SOW. This is the main difference you will see when comparing data between systems. 10 WHY DO I SEE SO MANY MONTHS AVAILABLE ON THE DATES RANGE SCREEN? SHOULDN T I ONLY HAVE FOUR SWEEPS? The reportable measurement periods vary by market. Local People Meter markets are measured year-round. Set-Meter markets report household data year-round, along with person s data for specific cycles. Diary markets are reportable for specific measurement periods, which are typically limited to the four major sweeps (February, May, July, and November). Once a measurement period or date range has been selected, Nielsen Local TV View will limit the list of geographies to those markets that are authorized and measured during the period selected.
