District 4J- Telecom Services This request for proposals may be awarded to one vendor or multiple based on pricing and services available. If vendor is attempting to bid on all services as a whole they must indicate if they are willing to provide the same pricing if only awarded a portion of the services. Beveridge District 16550 SW Merlo Rd., OR 900 Jordan_Beveridge@beaverton.k12.or.us Telecom Summary District is seeking proposals for the current connections that are used to provide phone lines to the current Nortel phone system, emergency lines (security, fire, elevator, ect.) and outbound mass dialing to parents and community. Over the next year and a half the district is moving to a VOIP system that will have two SIP connections that will provide dial tone and DIDs to the district. All services but the emergency lines will be affected by the implementation of this system. Current design of telecom system: PRI circuits for inbound and outbound calls originating from the administration office PBX. o This includes inbound and outbound calls at all 12 schools and sites tied to the administration office PBX using the district network. o 4500 D.I.D s (currently 45 blocks of 100 numbers- 50 area code) 0 CTX analog telephone lines at non-networked sites. o In addition, 2 CTX PRI circuits installed at the administration office PBX to provide the ability to 4-digit dial to and from the administration building and all BSD sites. o Includes feature to allow call forwarding the analog telephone lines at these schools to the above mentioned DIDs that reside at the administration office in order to have one centrally located Voice Mail system. o Each CTX line provides a phone number, inward and outward dialing for each site. lines for locations may be included in these. Security, Alarm and 9 direct access lines (POTS) are used at all sites 1 PRI takes care of all long distance calls from the 12 networked sites Long Distance service is provided by a single carrier for all sites 1 PRI circuit which connects to Auto Dialer system A business tie line is used between Transportation 16 th and Transportation 5 th Street to provide integration for the receptionist at 16 th to act as the receptionist for the 5 th street transportation location.

Provide PRI circuits (2 call pathways + 1 D channel each) for inbound and outbound calls originating from the administration office PBX. o Provide and/or Port the current 4500 DIDs over these PRIs 2. Provide 0 CTX analog telephone lines at non-networked sites. o Provide 2 CTX PRI circuits installed at the administration office PBX o Provide the ability to 4-digit dial to and from the administration building and all BSD sites attached with the CTX lines. o Provide call forwarding from the analog telephone lines at these schools to the above mentioned DIDs that reside at the administration office in order to have one centrally located Voice Mail system. o Provide and/or port the current phone numbers o Provide inward and outward calling for each CTX line. Provide appropriate number of Security, Alarm and 9 direct access lines (POTS). 4. Provide Long Distance service for all sites 5. Provide PRI circuit with 24 lines of service for connection to Auto Dialer System. 6. Provide business tie line (extender) between Transportation 16 th and Transportation 5 th Street to provide integration for the receptionist at 16 th to act as the receptionist for the 5 th street transportation location.. Provide a statement that affirms the vendors understanding of E-rate and number of years participation in the program c. Provide SPIN number B. Quote a. Provide pricing for each individual specification requested. b. Indicate if you are willing to accept partial award or only wish to be granted all portions that are being proposing c. If not all sites can be included for a portion of the proposal, identify specific sites you are able to provide the requested services d. Identify any and all anticipated installation costs e. Include breakdown of any ineligible e-rate items C. Confirm ability to deliver services and all required installation by July 1, 2015
