Environmental Policy Statement Ecosol Blast fully recognises and embraces the needs and requirements of a comprehensive environmental management plan The company will ensure that where possible all of its existing and proposed activities comply with present environmental legal requirements. It will keep abreast of new technology and future legal environmental requirements and instigate actions to bring about changes for compliance. The company acknowledges that our services may have an environmental impact on others. To this end, Ecosol Blast will continually review all forms of internal and external materials. Emissions, substances, fuels and other pollutants used the company. This review will be instrumental in controlling, reducing and preventing pollution. The environmental policy will be communicated to all employees together with information and relevant training to build a company philosophy to continued improvement in environmental performance. We seek to achieve these goals by company employees following specific guidelines in the purchasing of materials and products, the use of materials and the disposal of waste clients, which encourages their input and ideas

Health & Safety Policy Statement It is the aim of Ecosol Blast to safeguard the health and safety of all employees in accordance with section 2 of the Health and Safety Act 1974 The directors and management team will provide, so far as reasonably practicable, safe places and systems of work, safe plant and machinery, safe handling of materials and substances, the provision of suitable and sufficient safety equipment and to ensure the appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision is given. Ecosol Blast will ensure a systematic approach to identifying hazards and assessing risks to determine suitable and sufficient control measures are implemented. Employees must be made aware of the correct procedures to maintain a safe working environment. It is the policy of Ecosol Blast to ensure as far as is reasonably practicable the health, safety and welfare of all employees working for the company and other persons who may be affected by its undertakings. Duty holders will ensure that all employees understand their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at work act 1974 to take due care of themselves and others to ensure that they do not endanger other persons by their acts or omissions. Employees must cooperate with the organisation to fulfil this duty and to comply with legal requirements placed upon it. Ecosol Blast will consult with employees to ensure transparent systems exist to encourage continual improvement in workplace safety with due consideration to their views and recommendations. Ecosol Blast will review its policy at least annually to keep abreast of changing conditions within legal framework to ensure information and statistical evidence gained from our management systems are used effectively. This includes a review of our resources, health and surveillance, accident and incident statistics and results from the monitoring and audit process. A best practice philosophy will be adopted by Ecosol Paint to meet these aims when practicable. Ecosol Blast regards all Health and Safety legislation as the minimum standard and expects management to achieve their targets without compromising health and safety.

Waste Minimisation & Recycling Policy Statement Ecosol Blast has stated its overall commitment to good environmental practice in the Environmental Policy Recycling Policy Statement Ecosol Blast will develop the existing Environmental Policy by minimising the production of waste through good purchasing practice, reuse and economic recycling. Specific Aims Cultivate a work ethic with a high level of waste minimisation and recycling within the company. Promote economy in the use of paper and the selection of print formats and document styles in line with this Encourage the purchase of recycled materials and those which are suitable for disposal by recycling Favour suppliers who remove packaging as part of their supply contract and obligations and who operate according to sound environmental principles. Minimise waste by encouraging the exchange, and reuse of equipment and materials amongst departments. Develop a waste management strategy which accommodation recycling procedures and initiatives. Develop a range of company- wide recycling schemes. Encourage departments to establish local recycling schemes which are relevant to their individual activities.

Sustainable Procurement Policy Statement Ecosol Blast seeks to meet the needs for goods, services, works and utilities in a manner that achieves value for money on a whole-life basis, in terms of generating benefits not only to the organisation, but also to society and the economy, whilst minimising, where appropriate, damage to the environment. The Ecosol Blast supplier selection and management policies and procedures provide a framework to ensure consideration is given to the three key areas of economic, environmental, and social factors when analysing the impact of sustainable procurement. Economic impact of sustainability, for example; Corporate governance Ethical trade Payment terms and compliance Environmental impact of sustainability, for example; Climate change Carbon footprint Social impact of sustainability, for example; Diversity Human rights Health and safety It is against these three main areas that consideration is given for the consequences of design, materials, manufacture, production, logistics, service delivery, operation, maintenance, recycling, disposal and the supplier(s) capability to address these consequences. Ecosol Blast expects and encourages its supply chain partners to adopt a similar ethos to sustainability with its suppliers and subcontractors. Ecosol Blast is keen to ensure its policies and procedures for sustainable procurement are reflective of the developments made in this area and they will therefore be subject to on-going review.
