CAS to calculate statutory deductions from employee and Employers National Insurance liability. Inform client accordingly. 3. Production of electronic payslips and forward to client. Client to print and distribute payslips as required, retaining copies for own records. Client to make payments to employee according to their internal arrangements. 4. Production of pay-run summary statement, including total pay and deductions. Issue details of amounts due to HMRC. 5. Client pays HMRC. 6. CAS processes P45 s, P46 s, P60 s, P11 s and other appropriate forms and provides same to client for their action. 7. CAS undertakes RTI. 8. Email help desk accessible both by employer and employees to deal with any queries.

CAS pays employees, on behalf of client, direct to employee s nominated bank accounts. 5. CAS Processes P45 s, P46 s, P60 s, P11 s and other appropriate forms and distributing these as necessary. 6. CAS forwards the deductions to HMRC for tax, student loans and national insurance. 7. Monthly statement of total pay and deductions sent to employer. 8. CAS undertakes RTI. 9. Email help desk accessible both by employer and employees to deal with any queries. Notes: Minimum term of contract is to the following income tax year end date. We will provide P60 s, etc related to the term whether the contract is renewed or not. Changes to records (e.g. change of name or address) will be undertaken free of charge. No credit is applied for leavers due to the cost of production & issuing of P45 s and continued maintenance of data in case of query.
