WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? We operate as an approved BACS Bureau and can make payment transfers every pay period on agreed dates, subject to your approval. Our responsibilities each pay period will include: The processing of your payroll Providing a payslip for each employee per payroll process Advising net payments for employees Issuing standard reports Paying net salaries via BACS in accordance with your company pay date Remittance of PAYE/NI deductions to HMRC on a timely basis in accordance with statutory rules Submission of Real Time information files to HMRC in line with statutory deadlines. ON-LINE PAYROLL OPTION Instructions, reports and pay slips can be transferred efficiently via secure, encrypted e-mail. Electronic files can be produced for importing into electronic banking systems and accounting software for payments and accounts processing respectively.
MEETING YOUR REQUIREMENTS Our payroll systems offer the flexibility to meet the needs of our clients by making use of existing sources of information. We can either take inputs from recognised systems or work with you to develop suitable templates to ensure the accurate recording of information. We aim to be flexible in our output and our clients can select how reports are received, either paper or electronic password encrypted by secure email. We will agree a processing schedule with your own organisation s internal reporting requirements and pay date in mind. As part of our normal service we would expect to deal with routine HMRC queries and completion of HMRC forms. This would include in year submissions and provision of employee P60s. ADDITIONAL SERVICES FROM OUR PAYROLL TEAM We offer a wide range of accounting and other specialist support which can be individually tailored to your project needs. These include: Processing of third party payments pension subscriptions etc. Pensions auto enrolment, including: Automatic application of postponement periods Assessing employees pay and age in the period to determine auto enrolment after the postponement period(s) have ended Automatically applying a pension scheme and associated deductions Automatically refunding the deductions made when a worker opts out and is within the opt out window Producing reports on eligibility, new enrolments and postponement history. OUR FEES We offer competitive rates in accordance with employee numbers and any specific requirements of the payroll service. Quotations are available on request.
