Cinderella Play Script Characters: Narrator, Cinderella, Stepsister 1, Fairy godmother, Guest 1, Prince (laughing) Cinderella, you stay here and clean the house Scene 1 (at Cinderella s home) Once upon a time there was a beautiful young girl She was Cinderella. She had two ugly stepsisters who were very bad to her. Cinderella, did you clean the kitchen? Yes, I did. Did you clean my shoes? Yes, I did. Did you wash my dress? Yes, I did. And... did you make breakfast? Yes, breakfast is ready. The bad stepsisters wanted Cinderella to work a lot (calling out) Stepsisters! A letter from the palace. (fighting) Give it to me! I want to open it. (fighting) No! I want to open it. Stepsister 1 & 2: (looking at the invitation card) Look! We are invited to the Prince s ball at the royal palace. (crying) I wish I could go to the palace. Then It was the night of the party. (laughing) Ha, ha! We are going to have a great time at the ball. Cinderella When the bad sisters went to the palace suddenly, a fairy appeared. Oh my! Who are you? Fairy godmother: I m your fairy godmother, beautiful Cinderella. I am here to help you go to the palace tonight. The fairy godmother moved her magic wand. Cinderella s clothes turned into a beautiful dress. Wow! It s so beautiful. on her feet were sparkling glass shoes. Oh, I love them! The fairy godmother turned a pumpkin into a beautiful coach and some mice into horses. What a lovely coach and strong horses. Fairy : You are ready now, my dear. Have fun tonight, but be home by midnight! Remember at 12 o clock Scene 2 (at the ball) Guest 1 (lady): Okay, at 12, fairy! Thank you. At the palace, everybody saying: who is that beautiful princess. Who is that beautiful princess? She is very beautiful. Oh no! The Prince is dancing with her. This is not fair! Please don t go! (shouting) What is your name? Cinderella did not answer and went to the coach, but she lost one of her glass shoes on the way. Then, the coach and horses disappeared. Scene 3 (at Cinderella s home) The next day, the Prince went out to find Cinderella again. I want every girl in the kingdom to try on this glass shoe. I must find my princess. But the glass shoe didn t fit anyone. The Prince then arrived at Cinderella s house. Good morning Prince. I am happy that you found my shoe. It is my shoe. I am the princess you are looking for. The ugly sisters tried to put the shoe on. Let me try first! Their feet were too big too. Then the Prince saw Cinderella. Let this girl try. But that s only Cinderella. She didn t go to the ball. It is not her shoe! Cinderella sat down and tried on the shoe. It is your shoe! Yes, it is my shoe! Stepsister 1 & 2: (surprised) is it her shoe? (smiling) You are the one I ve been looking for! What is your name? (smiling) My name is Cinderella. Cindirella, you are my princess And Cindirella and her Prince lived happily ever after. No. Your feet are bigger. Give it to me! He lived in a small house with his mother. Jack and his mother were very poor. They only had a cow. Mother: Jack, we don t have money. So, I think we have to sell the cow. Okay, Mom. I m going to the market with the cow. Mother: Be careful, Jack. On the way to the market, Jack meets an old man. Old man: Good morning, young boy. Where are going with that cow? I m going to the market, sir. My mother and I are poor, and we need some money. Old man: I want to buy the cow from you. Really? Old man: But I don t have money, but I give you five magic beans for the caw. Magic beans? Mmm. Old man: You will be rich with these beans. Jack stopped to think about it. He wanted to make his mother happy. Okay! You can have the cow! Jack went running to his house. He was very happy with the magic beans. (running home) Mom, Mom, Mom! Look what I have got! No, Mom. But I got these magic beans! Mother: (angry) What? Oh, you foolish boy! Mom, they will make us rich! Trust me. Mother: No way! These beans are nothing! Jack s mother was very angry and threw the beans out of the window. Scene 2 (on the ground & in the castle) During the night, the magic beans grew into a huge beanstalk. By morning, the beanstalk was into the sky. Jack was surprised. Wow! This beanstalk is very tall! Jack climbed and climbed and when he was at the top, he saw a big castle. Oh my! There is a castle in the sky! I can t believe this. Jack went inside. (whispering to himself) Everything is so big. Who lives in this big castle? Suddenly, the floor began to shake. (scared) What is that noise? Giant: (shouting) Fee, fi, fo, fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman..., I ll eat his bones inside my bread. (whispering) Oh no! It s a giant! What can I do? Is there any place to hide? Oh, there is a place.

Jack and the Beanstalk Play Script Jack and the Beanstalk Jack hid in a cupboard and watched the giant eating five sheep Giant:. Then he called his hen. Hen, give me a golden egg. Jack watched the hen giving a golden egg. It s incredible! I wish I had that hen. My mother and I could be rich. Scene 3 (in the castle & at home) When the giant was full, he fell asleep. Now he is sleeping. I will take the hen and climb down the beanstalk. Jack quickly took the hen. But the hen began to squawk and flap its wings. I have to chop this beanstalk down right now! With his axe, Jack chopped down the beanstalk. Giant: Ahhhhh! The giant fell to the ground. That was the end of the giant! Mother: Oh my! It s a giant! Jack, what is going on? The magic beans grew into this huge beanstalk. So, I climbed to the top and found the giant s castle. I watched this hen lay a perfect golden egg. Mother: Are you telling me the truth, Jack? (smiling) Yes, Mom. You ll see. Jack was right. The hen laid a golden egg every day and Jack and his mother were never poor again. Shh! Be quiet! The giant is sleeping! The giant woke up! Giant: (shouting) Fee, fi, fo, fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman! (running) Oh no! Time to go! Jack ran back to the beanstalk and climbed down fast! Giant: (yelling) I ll get you! Jack was at the end of the beanstalk. Mother: Jack, where have you been? Why do you have a hen? Mom, hurry! Give me an axe! Mother: Here you are. What are you going to do with an axe? Scene 2 (in Grandmother s cottage) Grandmother: Grandmother: (looking at the little girl s back) I know the fastest way to the house. I ll eat her grandmother, and then I ll eat the little girl. The wolf took a short cut to Grandmother s house and knocked on the door. Hello, Grandmother. It s Little Red Riding Hood. Can I come in? (whispering) That s not Little Red Riding Hood. I am hiding somewhere. Grandmother went into the cupboard. The wolf opened the door and went inside. (grumbling) There s no one here! I will get into bed and wait for the little girl. (whispering) Oh no! But Little Red Riding Hood is clever. She will be okay. The wolf jumped into Grandmother s bed and put on the pajamas. Soon, Little Red Riding Hood knocked on the door. Little Red Riding Hood: Hello, Grandmother! This is Little Red Riding Hood. May I come in? (in Grandmother s voice) Come in, my dear. Little Red Riding Hood

(to the woodcutter) Thank you for saving my granddaughter. The wolf jumped out of the bed and went after Little Red Riding Hood. I m going to eat you, little girl! Woodcutter: It was no problem. Little Red Riding Hood: I am s o r r y; I ll never talk to strangers in the forest again! Little Red Riding Hood: (screaming and running) Ahhhhh! Help me! Your mother told you not to talk to strangers, Ha, ha, ha... Little Red Riding Hood: Oh no! Please don t eat me! Help! Scene 3 (in Grandmother s cottage) Woodcutter: Just then, a woodcutter who was in the woods and heard the screaming. Oh my! What a bad wolf! The woodcutter ran inside and cut the wolf s head off! Snow White Play Script Characters: Narrator, Queen, Snow White, Mirror, Huntsman, Dwarf 1, Dwarf 2, Prince Scene 1 (in the castle) Once there was a beautiful but very bad queen. She didn t like her beautiful stepdaughter, Snow White. (talking to herself) Why does everyone like her? She is not as beautiful as me. I hate her! The Queen had a magic mirror. Everyday she asked it the same question. Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the most beautiful of them all? The mirror always answered... Mirror: You, Queen. You are the most beautiful of them all. But one day it answered... Mirror: Mirror: Huntsman: The most beautiful girl is Snow White! (screaming) No! No, No. You are wrong. I will ask you again. Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the most beautiful of them all? Snow White. Snow White is the most beautiful of them all. The Queen was very angry. She ordered her huntsman to kill Snow White. Huntsman, go and kill Snow White! Yes, my queen. Scene 2 (in the woods) Huntsman: Huntsman: The Queen asked Snow White to get some flowers in the forest. There, the huntsman was waiting for Snow White to kill her. Snow White, the bad Queen has ordered me to kill you. (crying) Oh no! Why? I don t know, Snow White. You must run and go away. Oh dear, Huntsman! Thank you for helping me. The good huntsman let Snow White go. Snow White went into the forest. Suddenly she found a house with small beds inside. I m so tired. I will sleep here. Snow White fell asleep. When she woke up, she saw the dwarfs there! Oh! Are these your beds? I am sorry, I just wanted to sleep. Dwarf 1, 2, & 3: Who are you and why are you here? I m Snow White. My stepmother, the Queen, wants to kill me. Dwarf 1: Dwarf 2: Dwarf 1: Dwarf 2: Mirror: That is terrible. Oh, my God! You can stay with us, Snow White! Yes, please stay with us, Snow White! We can protect you from the queen. The next day, the Queen asked her magic mirror again. Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the most beautiful of them all? Snow White! Snow White She s living in the forest. (shouting) What are you saying?

Thank you, kind lady. Snow White ate the apple and fell down. Finally, she s dead! Ha, ha, ha, ha! Dwarf 1, 2,: Oh no! The Queen has killed Snow White. Snow While: The dwarfs were so sad. They put Snow White in a glass box. But one day a prince rode by. What a beautiful girl! I think I think I am in love with her. As the Prince went to kiss her, Snow White woke up. Are you okay? What is your name, beautiful girl? (blushing) My name is Snow White. Thank you for saving me. Will you marry me, Snow White? Yes, I will. The Prince and Snow White got married and lived happily ever after. Snow White Snow White

All the other farm animals were laughing. Farm animal: Go away, ugly duckling! The farm animals chased the ugly duckling far away. Scene 3 (in the river) In spring, the ugly duckling swam through the river. I feel lonely and sad. Then, two beautiful, large, white birds came flying towards him. (running) they are so bad.
