If the Bank does not publish an interest rate for such savings term (deposit period), it will apply a rate 1 percentage point lower than the interest rate for the nearest shorter savings term (deposit period) for which the Bank Publishes an interest rate. A time deposit that was set up through an application delivered via Citibank Online can be terminated in full or in part. In case of partial termination, the part of the time deposit terminated must exceed CZK 10,000. If the deposit is terminated within 28 days (inclusive) of its opening, no interest is paid out. If it is terminated after more than 28 days, the Client shall receive interest calculated as follows: I = (P x IR x (number of days between opening the time deposit and the early termination)/360 or (365/366) T, where P is the amount at opening/renewal and IR is the rate Published by the Bank corresponding to the actual savings term (deposit period) during which the deposit was deposited with the Bank. For CZK, EUR, and USD, the interest base shall be 360, while for GBP it is always equal to the actual number of days in the given year. The balance of the time deposit after partial early termination yields interest corresponding to the interest rate valid as of the day of partial early termination, to the balance of the time deposit and to the original maturity. 5.
