Of the 50, 6 have resulted in sworn affidavits have been submitted for review by the Department of Justice and/or the FBI seeking rectification to correct the errors or punish offenders, if appropriate. At least 3 of the 6 cases have resulted in civil lawsuits brought by private counsel.
