TERMS AND CONDITIONS Get RM10 Cash Rebate for CIMB Bank Credit Card s e-statement Campaign Period: 1 August 2014 31 December 2014 1. Every mention of CIMB refers to CIMB Bank Berhad (13491-P). The Campaign Period 2. The Get RM10 Cash Rebate for CIMB Bank Credit Card s e-statement ( this Campaign ) shall run from 1 August 2014 to 31 December 2014 both dates inclusive ( Campaign Period ). 3. CIMB reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and / or the commencement and / or expiry dates of the Campaign Period. Eligibility 4. This Campaign is open to all existing CIMB principal credit cardmembers holding any of the following cards issued by CIMB Malaysia only who have received CIMB s notification to participate in this Campaign:- I. (hereinafter referred to as Eligible Cardmember ). Entry 5. The Eligible Cardmember shall be notified of this Campaign via Short Message Service (SMS) sent by CIMB to the Eligible Cardmember s mobile number maintained in CIMB s records (the SMS ). 6. Upon receiving the Campaign notification via SMS, the Eligible Cardmember shall, during the Campaign Period, register their participation in this Campaign by reply sms to GoGreen<space>last 6 digit I.C.<space>email address to 62666 (the Reply SMS ). 7. The Reply SMS shall be sent from the Eligible Cardmember s mobile number registered with either Maxis or Celcom or DiGi telecommunications service providers and such registered mobile numbers are maintained in CIMB records. 8. Registration for participation in this Campaign can only be performed by the Eligible Cardmember. Cash Rebate 9. The Eligible Cardmember who successfully register their participation in this Campaign shall be entitled to a one-off maximum of RM10 cash rebate only throughout the Campaign Period ( Cash Rebate ) which cash rebate will be credited into the Eligible Cardmember s last used and active CIMB Principal credit card account as CIMB may at its absolute discretion determine ( Account ) and shall be reflected in the following month s e-statement. The Eligible Cardmember s CIMB credit card account must be in good standing and must not be in breach of any of the terms and conditions in CIMB credit card agreement or delinquent, and/or be invalid or cancelled within CIMB s definition, otherwise he/she will be disqualified from participating in this Campaign and will not be entitled to the cash rebate. 10. CIMB shall, at any time and in its absolute discretion be entitled to recover the Cash Rebate from the Account if the Eligible Cardmember cancels his/her participation in this Campaign within twenty four (24) months from the date of successful registration, General Terms & Conditions 11. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmember agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions for Email Statement Delivery and the decisions of CIMB in relation to every aspect of this Campaign which shall be final, binding and conclusive. 12. To the fullest extend permitted by law, CIMB expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, offered under this Campaign. All risks, loss or damage and / or injury (if any) associated with the use of the cash rebate shall be assumed by the Eligible Cardmembers. 13. CIMB shall be entitled to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof and / or substitute or replace the cash rebate amount offered under this Campaign and / or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign by giving at least 21 calendar days notice prior to the effective date of the change to the Eligible Cardmember. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given to the Eligible Cardmember for any losses or

damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember as a direct or an indirect result of such variation, deletion, addition or alteration of these Terms and Conditions and / or the extension, modification, cancellation, suspension or termination of this Campaign. 14. These Terms and Conditions (as the same may be amended from time to time pursuant to Clause 13) shall be read in conjunction with the prevailing Cardholder Terms and Conditions and shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Campaign. 15. (Selepas ini dirujuk sebagai "Pemegang Kad Layak") Penyertaan 5. Pemegang Kad Layak akan dimaklumkan tentang Kempen ini melalui Servis Mesej Singkat (SMS) yang dihantar oleh CIMB kepada nombor telefon bimbit Pemegang Kad Layak yang dikekalkan dalam rekod CIMB ( SMS ). 6. Setelah menerima notifikasi Kempen melalui SMS, Pemegang Kad Layak harus mendaftar penyertaan mereka dalam Kempen ini secara sms jawapan ke GoGreen<selang>6 digit terakhir I.C.<selang>alamat e-mel ke 62666 ( SMS Jawapan ). 7. SMS Jawapan harus dihantar dari nombor telefon bimbit Pemegang Yang Layak yang didaftarkan dengan Maxis atau Celcom atau DiGi dan nombor-nombor tersebut adalah nombornombor yang dikekalkan dalam rekod CIMB. 8. Pendaftaran untuk menyertai Kempen ini hanya boleh dilakukan oleh Pemegang Kad Layak. Rebat Tunai 9. Pemegang Kad Layak yang telah berjaya mendaftarkan penyertaan mereka dalam Kempen ini akan mendapat rebat tunai maksimum RM10 sekali sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Kempen ( Rebat Tunai ) di mana rebat tunai tersebut akan dikreditkan ke akaun kad kredit CIMB Pemegang Kad Utama Layak yang terakhir diguna dan aktif di atas budi bicara CIMB (Akaun ) dan akan dinyatakan dalam penyata e-mel untuk bulan yang seterusnya. Akaun kad kredit CIMB Pemegang Kad mesti dalam keadaan baik dan tidak memungkiri mana-mana terma dan syarat yang terkandung di dalam perjanjian kad kredit CIMB atau delinkuen, dan/atau tidak sah atau dibatalkan dalam definisi CIMB, jika tidak, kelayakannya untuk menyertai dalam Kempen ini akan dibatalkan dan tidak akan layak untuk mendapat rebat tunai. 10. CIMB boleh, pada bila-bila masa dan atas budi bicaranya yang mutlak mengambil pulih Rebat Tunai dari Akaun tersebut sekiranya Pemegang Kad Layak membatalkan penyertaannya di dalam Kempen ini dalam masa dua puluh empat (24) bulan dari tarikh pendaftaran yang berjaya. Terma-terma & Syarat-syarat Am 11. Dengan mengambil bahagian dalam Kempen ini, Pemegang Kad Layak bersetuju untuk terikat oleh Terma-terma & Syarat-syarat ini, Terma-terma & Syarat-syarat untuk Penghantaran Penyata E-mel dan keputusan CIMB mengenai setiap aspek Kempen ini adalah muktamad, terikat dan konklusif. 12. Kepada tahap sepenuhnya yang dibenarkan di sisi undang-undang, CIMB tidak akan bertanggungjawab dan mengaku terhadap sebarang representasi, jaminan atau endorsan, tersirat atau ekspresi, bertulis atau lisan, yang diberikan di bawah Kempen ini. Semua risiko, kerugian, kerosakkan dan/atau kecederaan (jika ada) berkenaan dengan penggunaan rebat tunai akan diambil alih oleh Pemegang Kad Layak.

13. CIMB berhak untuk mengubah, memotong atau menambahkan apa-apa kepada Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat atau mana-mana bahagian daripadanya dan/atau menukar atau menggantikan amaun rebat tunai yang diberikan di bawah Kempen ini dan/atau dan/atau melanjut, mengubah, memendekkan, menghentikan, membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantungkan Kempen ini dengan memberikan notis terdahulu sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari kalendar sebelum tarikh efektif perubahan kepada Pemegang Kad Layak. Tiada pampasan dalam tunai atau bentuk lain akan diberikan kepada Pemegang Kad Layak untuk apa-apa kerugian atau kerosakan yang ditanggung oleh Pemegang Kad Layak secara langsung atau tidak langsung akibat daripada pengubahan, pemotongan, penambahan atau perubahan Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat dan/atau pelanjutan, pengubahan, pembatalan, penggantungan atau penamatan Kempen ini. 14. Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat ini (seperti yang sama boleh diubah dari masa ke semasa berdasarkan kepada Klausa 13) akan dibaca bersama-sama dengan Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat semasa Pemegang Kad dan akan mengatasi apa-apa ketidaksejajaran terma-terma, syarat-syarat, peruntukan-peruntukan atau representasi-representasi yang terkandung dalam mana-mana material promosi yang mengiklankan Kempen ini. 15.
