Candidates who have not yet been awarded the PhD degree at the time of application must be enrolled in the last year of the PhD programme and need to provide a letter from the PhD supervisor stating the expected date of award and evaluating the contents of the thesis. b. Canditates within three to six years since PhD completion: One paper revise and resubmit with a "Class A journal. c. Candidates with more than six years since PHD completion: One paper accepted for publication in a "Class A journal. One paper revise and resubmit with at least a "Class B journal. After the first three years, contract renewal (for two more years) is conditional on the fulfilment of the requirements updated by three years. Candidates who started the job with more than 6 years since PhD completion must satisfy the following requirement for renewal: Two papers accepted for publication in either "Class A of Class B journals, of which at least one accepted in a "Class A journal.
