3 Academic and Professional Skills Applied Econometrics/Statistical Computing: Applied Economics/Business: Applied Policy Research: I have acquired a wide set of skills in econometrics/statistics stretching over almost 10 years during academics and employee capacity. I have sufficient skills in computing and utilizing different econometrics/statistical packages commonly used in academic and applied policy research analysis. For example these include Eviews, STATA, SPSS, GiveWin along with others usually used in the quantitative analysis. I have studied by enrolling in the subjects of applied economics, Mulitivariate Statistics, Baysian & Micro-econometrics and Advanced Time Series Econometrics during M.Phil and PhD study programmes. Further, I have utilized and applied these of my skills by producing various research projects and independent publications. Working in the research department of the central bank has provided me with the 6-years of experience in applied policy area of research. Furthermore, I achieved best training in applied policy research by participating in such like training programmes of the central bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF). It has enabled me to contribute efficiently in policy formulations and producing independent research publications.
