The Executive Workshop In Brief 3 Who should attend? The workshop is designed and open for Senior Executives, either with a long tenure or recently appointed. They should effectively manage a company/organisation, a business unit or a corporate/central function. We favor participants from various industries, countries and personal backgrounds. What do we offer? A methodology developed by Dynargie and acclaimed by more than 500 Senior Executives. A compact agenda of only 2.5 days, including group reflections, concept presentations and practical exercises such as role-playing (with video) or serious games. Two facilitators with a unique experience of management at the highest level. An off-site seminar in a selective venue close to Geneva, to enable full dedication of participants.

The Situational Leadership concept For each participant, based on the questionnaires filled-up in advance of the workshop by their direct reports, the leadership style they use most often will be disclosed and commented upon. Break Improving company governance by learning how to: - make it work, - manage conflicts between people and conflicting interests, - conduct successful arbitration meetings. Lunch Evaluation and conclusion of the workshop Presentation by each participant of their Personal Improvement Plan (P.I.P.). End of the workshop
Workshop Facilitators 7 Olivier Bédat olivier.bedat@dynargie.com Olivier Bédat is a specialist in Management, Communications and Consultancy. He graduated from HEC Lausanne (Master of Science in Management). He also followed several executive development courses at IMD Lausanne. After his graduation, Olivier joined IBM as a sales representative, then held various executive positions in Geneva, Zürich and Armonk (USA). Later, he became Vice-President in charge of operations for International Trade activities at SGS Group. He then joined 5àSec Group, the world leader in dry cleaning, with more than 1,800 shops in 25 countries, as President and CEO. Today, Olivier is President of Dynargie Switzerland. He is also independent Board Member of various companies in Switzerland and often advises Senior Executives as a Management Consultant. His experience covers both leadership and operational management, and he regularly runs workshops at top level for large companies and International Organisations. Olivier is a Swiss citizen. He speaks French, English, German and Spanish. Philippe Graff philippe.graff@dynargie.com Philippe Graff is a specialist in Management and Communications, as well as a seasoned Trainer and Consultant. He graduated from HEC Paris (Master of Science in Management). After post-graduate studies at the Sorbonne in Paris (sociology), he joined the SANDOZ Group. There, he started the company s department of economic studies before holding various positions in the field of international marketing in Switzerland and abroad. Philippe then moved into Management Training and Consultancy. In May 1982, he cofounded the Dynargie Group. He regularly runs training courses and workshops at top level for large companies and international organisations. He published two management books based on his experience : Win/Win/Win Management and Peak Perfornance. Philippe is a Swiss citizen. He speaks French and English.
