Part One - Compensation Payout Specifics: You get 100% of all commissions, less the following fees: $450 or 20% on all 1st mortgages, whichever is less (minimum $200) $55 Quality Control fee charged on every file $225 on all stand alone 2nds No charge on combo 2nds 1099 and W2 You are paid as an independent contractor on all non-fha fundings, to a separate business entity. FHA requires loan originators be paid via W2. To cover the higher costs involved with administering FHA loans we collect 10% of the commissionable amount (not counting processing, credit, or appraisal fees). Fast Payout Commissions are paid every Friday, as long as the check and all necessary QC docs are received by Tuesday at noon. Draws are available for the full amount of a check received as long as QC has been completed. A $50 processing fee typcially applies (except for Tier 1 loan officers). Click here for more info.

We have been in business since 2001 and recently moved into the new Utah County Association of Realtors building in Orem, Utah.
