VIP Printer pricing and service plan Information Basic Installation (Approx. 1 hour) The basic installation provides onsite installation support for the VP485 printer. The installation including some user orientation is estimated to require less then 1 hour. The basic installation will be scheduled with at least a (2) week lead time. Installations can be scheduled during standard business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, local time, excluding holidays. Removal from Packaging Setup Printer/Unwinder Walk customer through driver installation Test printer operability/connectivity Basic User orientation Full Installation (Approx. 3-4 hours) The full installation includes the basic installation but also provides a full orientation to the printer for the operator. The training covers options in the printer, driver, and how to use and operate using the Bartender Ultralite software. The basic installation will be scheduled with at least a (2) week lead time. Installations can be scheduled during standard business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, local time, excluding holidays.
