Helpful Financial Aid Tips 1. Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The application can be completed online at www.fafsa.gov. The deadline for fall semester is July 1 and for spring semester is November 15. 2. FAFSA results determine your eligibility for grants and loans. Apply as soon as you complete your tax return for the previous year. Prepare your taxes early! 3. If you are a Georgia resident eligible for the HOPE Scholarship, you must go through the financial aid process. 4. Access your estallion account and confirm the office has received all necessary information. 5. No financial aid can be awarded until you ve been accepted to ABAC. 6. Apply early! Don t wait until the last minute. Stay in touch with ABAC Student Financial Services and don t hesitate to contact them with questions.
