1 What are the benefits to a student identifying a Career Pathway? Identifying a career pathway will help students understand their strengths and competencies as they relate to their career choices. The pathways also help students understand how their interests translated into their postsecondary aspirations. Career Pathways Education also provides students with a realistic view of the national and international job market as they make their career choices. Connecting what is presented in the classroom to educational/career choices will make what is taught relevant to our students future. What are the different Pathways in Education?
