Executive summary: Introduction This Swiss company is an industry leading solar technology company involved in efficient Photovoltaic (PV) power generation based on its patented technologies. Its leadership has resulted in the lowest global CAPEX for turnkey, proprietary, highly automated module manufacturing lines with 25-125MW per year production capacity. A Revolutionary Vision To develop and implement the most environmentally friendly large scale Thin Film Photovoltaic production centres worldwide for the production of carbon neutral, clean energy through JV operations of solar parks. Investment Strategy To set up module production facilities with Strategic / Financing Partners via mutual co-operation with co- proprietors (joint venture), whereupon it supplies the patented technology, IP, licences, etc. The company and its subsidiaries have the revolutionary technological know-how and have control over the entire PV technology value chain with the ultimate aim of producing the completely clean - carbon neutral electricity via the lowest achievable cost structure. The technical management and R&D teams have accumulated their industry leading skills through having been at the forefront of developing this technology over several decades. The invention and subsequent development of amorphous-/micro amorphous-silicon Thin Film (TF) technology originated in Hungary and continues there to the present day. This Team has developed and cumulatively implemented 140MW per year capacity turnkey module manufacturing plants at 6 sites around the globe. Scope of Activities: Technology Provider, R&D of TF module designs & world leading TF manufacturing equipment. Developing, planning, fabricating and installing turnkey TF module manufacturing plants.

Revolutionary PV module production via patented Gas/Plasma Deposition Chamber Technology. System Integration into producing electricity by Grid Parity, including Building Integrated PV solutions/bipv, whereby solar panels are integrated into the actual structure of buildings. Solar Park Development & Installation of Off-Grid/Remote Area Power Generation for energy intensive industries, such as mining/refining currently supplied by diesel or dual fuel powered generators & turbines. Unique Selling Points: The company is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) its machine manufacturing is outsourced to worldwide market leading partners. The Return on Investment (ROI) over 3 years produces an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 47%, without the assistance of any governmental subsidies and/or tax reductions. Utilising the most advanced TF deposition technology based on highly efficient modular/universal patented batch chamber system (with 3 currently registered worldwide patents). The result is an optimized process flow with faster through-put with increased capacity and significantly decreased production costs. Module Green Credentials: Modules are one of the most environmentally friendly renewable energy products, as they comprise no toxic components whatsoever, such as Cadmium, or rare elements like Tellurium, Gallium, Indium, etc., which are present in established Crystalline-, CdTe- and CIGS-Technologies. The operations of TF Module production are independent of import duties and regulatory requirements associated with the importation of hazardous materials. No costly hazardous waste treatment necessary for module recycling.

The required raw materials are abundant and locally available anywhere (glass, industrial gases, etc.) and the bulk supply of those commodities contribute to long term price security. Price security via the use of bulk commodities with no import dependencies, as opposed to the competition. Process reduction of CO2 emissions, translated into CO2 credits would represent a huge bonus for investments. Competitive Advantages of 3rd Generation TF PV Modules: Globally lowest Capex of any manufacturing facility along with the lowest energy use. High-Tech Lamination & Sealing processes compliant with International Damp-Heat QA Test Standards, e.g., TÜV-Rheinland Certification. Single step integrated module manufacturing process of TCO Coating, PECVD and Back Contact. TF PV Module Production is based on an in-house Unified/Modular Deposition Chamber Design. The auto load batch processing capacity ranges from 25-125MW. Production, QA and R&D facilities employ Scientists/Leaders in the TF PV Industry. No environmentally harmful substances or materials used in module production. Raw materials for production of modules are abundantly available regardless of geographic location. Comparable higher performance under low intensity or diffused light conditions with significantly increased shadow tolerance. Application in BIPV (Building Integrated PV) installations via highly Transparent Conductive Oxide (TCO) technology. Financing of Module Production A 50/50 JV / Strategic Partner alliance, which enables the construction of a 25MW per year TF PV module production. The CAPEX for the equipment line -> EUR 25m. The planned financing of this would be as follows: Swiss Company > EUR 5m contribution-in-kind (technology, equipment, IP, licences, rights, etc.) Strategic Partner > EUR 5m equity and/or sub-loan EXIM Bank of Hungary > EUR 15m financing available

Summary of PV Market Investment Forecasts & Electricity Production: Based on a recent Bloomberg study, annual worldwide investment in solar power will grow from US$ 86 billion in 2011 up to US$ 150 billion by 2020. As a result, solar power as a source of clean energy will attract investments of approx. US$ 1.1 trillion in that timeframe. At the end of 2009, the world s PV cumulative installed capacity was approaching 23 GW. One year later, it was 40 GW. In 2011, more than 70 GW were installed globally (this energy volume is sufficient to cover the annual power requirements of over 20 million households). The growth rate of TF PV during 2011 reached almost 70% of all renewable energy installations worldwide.
