Rehab Program Guidelines Brookview Financial PROPERTY TYPE: LIEN POSITION: LINE TERM: LOAN TERM: Residential 1-4 Family, non-owner occupied. Small apartment and condo conversions on a case-by-case basis. First mortgage only. Up to 24 months renewable thereafter with limited credit review. 6 months, extendable for up to 13 months. ADVANCE RATE: Options from 85% to 100% of project costs. Minimum loan amount $25,000. LTV: RENOVATION FUNDS: Up to 70% of After-Repaired Value. 100% of renovation funds are typically advanced in 1 to 4 draws.
