His version included the vocal melody in the guitar part. Our version of She Drives Me Crazy is arranged for performance with a vocalist, therefore the vocal melody is omitted. 2) THE GUITAR PART FOR SHE DRIVES ME CRAZY The Verse riff contains some percussive hits. The first note of each bar requires the RH to play a bass note with the thumb whilst simultaneously making a bass-drum hit with the heel of the hand. Here is the bass-drum location used. The first snare in each bar can be sounded by tapping the top of the guitar with the RH The 2 nd snare in each bar of the verse riff can be sounded by tapping the side of the guitar near the neck with the LH fingers, as shown. The 4 chords in the song are D, G, Bm and A. These are notated above the stave line in this simple form for ease of use, regardless of the fact that sometimes the use of open strings in a chord voicing will create complex extensions to each chord.
