Both are available on Bosch web page and BRS 8.10 Setup DVD. 3 Known restrictions 3.1 Restrictions on ONVIF support Only the features mentioned in chapter 1.2 are supported. Other ONVIF device features such as audio, inputs, relays are not supported. Only H.264 streams are supported from ONFIV cameras (no MPEG4 streams or JPEG images). Multi-channel ONVIF encoders (e.g. AXIS M7014 ) are not recognized during network scan - only the first channel is found. Further channels can be added manually on the camera setting page. During testing the following issues have been identified, which are most probably caused by the cameras firmware: 1. Sometimes there are connection interruptions of around 10 s which happen with almost all Axis and with the Panasonic camera. 2. Sometimes we receive corrupted UDP packets with an invalid checksum from almost all Axis and from the Sony camera which cause a frame drop in recording. ONVIF cameras do not support TCP protocol yet.
