FOUNDERS Debra Polanco Ken Polanco is the CEO of Sanctuary Clothing and Debra Polanco is the Chief Creative Officer. Together, the successful husband and wife team are the Founders and the vision behind the brand. The Founders, who are bi-coastal, have offices and residences on both coasts, splitting their work time between Los Angeles and New York. But their private Sanctuary is a home in Laguna Beach where they enjoy entertaining family and friends, while living the relaxed California beach lifestyle. Ken s initial success in the business world started when he opened his screen-printing company in Los Angeles.
