China Tourist Visa Requirements Here is a checklist of what you will need to provide: Passport: Applicant must submit their current passport. Passport must have at least two blank visa pages and must not expire within the next six months of entry to China. Passport Photos: Applicant must submit one (1) passport photograph. Non- US Citizens: If applicant is not a US citizen, applicant must submit original valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), US visa, or other proof of legal status in the United States, with permission for re- entry.
