K-S variable volume membrane plate filter presses reduced cycle time and increased cake solids in pigment manufacturing, resulting in less need for drying and significant cost reduction. For a toxic, flammable solvent removal application, K-S developed a dryer capable of operating continuously under either pressure or vacuum conditions. K-S developed a two -zone paddle processor permitting drying/cooling, heating/cooling, or multi-temperature reactions to be performed in a single unit.
