structure Futurist takes into account your sales performance from the current year and places you in a tier at the start of the coming calendar year. For example, your performance in the calendar year 2016 will determine your tier eligibility. The tier will be allocated to you at the start of the calendar year 2017. Each tier comes with specific targets and rewards that drive your performance throughout the year. Your Futurist points will serve as an indicator of your performance. The higher your net sales, the more Futurist points you earn. To facilitate your point earnings, we have provided several opportunities for you, to maximize your chance to redeem the highest rewards. There are 3 types of points: 1. Net sales points 2. AUM points 3. Bonus points Net sales points These points are earned against net sales in the calendar year 2016. There are higher earnings for higher tiers. AUM points These points will be allocated at the beginning of 2017, based on your average AUM in 2016. Only Coronium, Platinum, Gold and Silver members are entitled to AUM points. Tier Avg. Points validity As a Coronium, Platinum, Gold or Silver member, you are eligibile to redeem your points as a part of the program. It is important for a Bronze member to aim to upgrade to the Silver tier within a year. If you fail to do so, the points you earned as a Bronze member will lapse. The Futurist program is designed with a long-term view. However, if for any reason the program is terminated, you will be notified in advance to allow you to redeem your points. How to redeem your points Accumulated points must be redeemed within the first quarter of 2017 or they will lapse. Redeeming your Futurist points is very simple, and we offer a wide range of rewards to choose from. The process to redeem your points is very simple. 1. Log in to www.dspblackrock.com/futurist using your registered mobile number. Your authentication will be based on a OTP (One-Time Password) each time you log in to the portal. 2. Once you have logged in, click on the Rewards Gallery tab. 3. Pick your rewards from a wide range of lifestyle products. The Rewards Gallery will be kept open for redemptions in the first quarter of the calendar year, starting January 2017. Once you ve redeemed your points online, your reward will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. You can enquire about the status of your redemption by emailing us at futurist@dspblackrock.com Remember 1. Ltd. who hold a valid ARN at the time of registration. 1. Distributors whose ARNs have expired are not eligible for any benefits of the program. 2. The program is currently valid for business canvassed from January 01, 2016 to December 31, 2016 (both days inclusive). 3. To enroll as an eligible partner to this program, fill out a registration form, which may be accepted based on the sole discretion of DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. 4. Location category shall be decided based on DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. branch or resident representative location where the IFA is empaneled/mapped/serviced, and the decision of DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. shall be final in this regard. 5. Members of different tiers based on the performance criteria defined for the 2016 calendar year will be rewarded in 2017. 6. Distributors will not have any right of claim, against the MF/AMC (or any of its directors, employees or authorized representatives) for any modification/ withdrawal of any of the benefits offered under the Futurist program. 7. In case of any dispute or doubt regarding the program, including the calculation of opening AUM, AAUM, net sales, net sales market share or net sales through IFAXpress or any other issue relating to the program, the decision of DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding on the registered IFA and no communication/correspondence disputing/challenging the same shall be entertained. 8. The benefits provided under the program are purely in the nature of privileges and should not be considered as a right or guarantee in any form whatsoever. The benefits and privileges under the futurist program are classified under various tiers. A distributor is eligible under a particular tier, based on the fulfilment of certain criteria. Please refer to the note on methodology/calculation criteria to qualify for the program and a particular tier. 9. Futurist will be in accordance with SEBI/AMFI guidelines. The membership and benefits of a member can be reworked at any time if they are found to be breaching SEBI/AMFI guidelines. 10. DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. reserves the exclusive right to discontinue, suspend or modify any of the benefits offered under this program to any registered IFA who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the terms & conditions.
