If you have multiple records you want to import, copy and paste the results into a document and save as a plain text. txt file. Select References > Import from the toolbar. PubMed Import from PubMed without RefGrab-it Conduct your search and mark the records you wish to export. Click on the Send to: link, in the upper right corner. Select File from the Choose destination menu. Select Medline from the Format menu and click on the Create File button. Save the file. Select References/Import from the toolbar. Select NLM PubMed as the data source and as the database. Browse to find the.-txt file you saved to your computer. Click Import. Import from PubMed with RefGrab-it Start in RefWorks: Select Tools >RefGrab-it from the toolbar. A new window will open. Rightclick on the link RefGrab-it (that is located under the menu RefGrabit bookmarklet) and save it as a bookmark among your favorites in your web browser. Click on add. Check that RefGrab-it has been added as a bookmark among your favorites.
Page 9 of 10 In PubMed: Conduct your search, select RefGrab-it from your favorites in the toolbar. RefGrab-it will appear in front of the references in PubMed. Mark the records you wish to export and click on Import to RefWorks. The export will open RefWorks if it is not already open and automatically import the references. Scopus Conduct your search and mark the records you want to import and click on Export. Select the RefWorks Direct Export and click Export. SpringerLink Conduct your search and click on a title of an article that you are interested in. Click on EXPORT CITATIONS below Other actions. Select RefWorks (RIS) from the Select Download drop down menu. Save as a plain text. txt file. Select References>Import from the toolbar. Select RIS Format as Import Filter/Data Source. Browse to find the.-txt file you saved to your computer. Click on Import.

Choose the alternative Plain text from the Other Reference Software toolbar and click on Save to File. Save as a plain text. txt file. Select References/Import from the toolbar. Select Thomson Reuters as Import Filter/Data Source and Web of Science as the database. Browse to find the.-txt file you saved to your computer. Click on Import. WorldCat.org Conduct your search in WorldCat and click on the book title. Choose Cite/Export from the menu in the far-right upper corner. Select Export to RefWorks. Your records should appear in the Last Imported Folder in RefWorks.
