The curriculum is charged for separately at a cost of R750.00 per term (5 subjects) or R1050.00 per term (7 subjects) depending on grade. The complete uniform is available from the school office. All the rules in the Code of Conduct including uniform requirements must be adhered to by all students. Please note the following: o The tuition fees are payable in advance on the 30 th of each prior month (January December). If the fees have not been paid by the 3 rd of the current month we reserve the right to suspend the student from school until the fees have been paid. o The curriculum fees are payable in advance for each term: o 1 st October for Term 1 o 1 st February for Term 2 o 1 st May for Term 3 o 1 st August for Term 4

Cambridge International High School The Cambridge philosophy of education provides courses which are demanding, challenging and thoroughly prepare students for tertiary study and the demands of modern life. The Cambridge Curriculum Qualifications through Cambridge University in IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) and AS/A Level (Advanced Subsidiary/Advanced) are accepted in over 160 countries. On completion of their studies, students receive an internationally renowned certificate of secondary education. The top 10 universities in the world accept A Levels as entrance into their university (symbol dependent). At Andrews Academy we offer a structured schooling environment with group and individual tuition for our students. The students attend classes from 08:00 until 14:30 Monday Friday. FULL-TIME or PART-TIME STUDENTS Foundation, IGCSE, AS Level & A Level The tuition fees are charged as follows: Foundation (Grade 8 & 9) R 3 920.00 per month for 12 months IGCSE (Grade 10 & 11) R 4 180.00 per month for 12 months AS Level (Grade 12) R 4 300.00 per month for 12 months A Level (Post Grade 12) R 4 770.00 per month for 12 months Initial Registration fee R 2 000.00 Annual Enrolment fee R 1 250.00 per student per year payable in November Fees are payable per month over twelve (12) monthly installments until 30 th November 2016. A STOP ORDER must be arranged with your bank for tuition fees paid monthly. One month s deposit is payable upon enrolment. The Cambridge endorsed textbooks are ordered online through Red Pepper Books (www.redpepperbooks.co.za) or Kalahari (www.kalahari.net) or at Lohmiller German Bookshop (stock dependent) at Cresta Shopping Centre. Past paper packs are bought from the school office in July each year. See textbook list for more details. The External Cambridge Examinations for Checkpoint Foundation (Grade 8/9) are charged at R1200.00 per subject (Mathematics, English and Science only). These exams are compulsory for students intending to go to IGCSE level in the following year. The External Cambridge Examinations for IGCSE & AS/A Level are charged from R1600.00 per subject payable on 2 nd February for the May/June session or on the 31 st July for the November session. Subjects with practical components carry an additional fee of R750 per If external exam fees are paid after the 2 nd February/31 st July (for the respective session), late penalty fees apply. The list of penalties (as imposed by Cambridge) is available upon request. The Final Internal Examinations for all levels (Foundation, IGCSE & AS/A Level) are charged at R500.00 per subject payable on the 30 th September for the November session. We continually assess the students throughout each term at no further cost. Full-time students attend all classes and study periods. Part-time students only attend classes and study at home. Students are expected to complete their homework or study during these study periods. They are not regarded as free periods.

All the rules in the Code of Conduct including uniform requirements must be adhered to for both full-time and part-time students. Please note the following: o The external examination prices are subject to change depending on Rand/Pound exchange rate. o The examination fees are non-refundable and cannot be postponed to the next session. o The tuition fees are payable in advance on the 30 th of each prior month (January December). DISTANCE EDUCATION FOR HIGH SCHOOL Foundation, IGCSE & AS/A Level At Andrews Academy, we are proud to offer students quality distance education of the highest international standards utilizing the Cambridge curriculum. The subject fees are charged as follows: Foundation (Grade 8/9) R 3 200.00 per subject IGCSE (Grade 10 & 11) R 3 300.00 per subject AS Level (Grade 12) R 3 400.00 per subject A Level (Post Grade 12) R 4 200.00 per subject Registration fee R 1 250.00 per student per year The subject fee above includes the following: Term planners for each subject will be emailed at the beginning of each term. Syllabus for each subject on a flash drive. 1 st & 3 rd Term Assessments will be sent on the same day as they are written at Andrews Academy. The parent responsible should invigilate this assessment and return the completed script to Andrews Academy within 5 days. Reports will be given at the end of each term. June Exams to be written at Andrews Academy. Past papers for each subject on the flash drive. The subject fee does not include the following: Textbooks, workbooks or study guides. A textbook list will be sent to you once payment has been received. Marking of the past papers. Should you require these to be marked, an extra charge of R300.00 will be payable to the teacher directly. Extra lessons with the teachers are charged at R300.00 per hour for a private lesson or R160.00 per hour for a group lesson should they be required. The External Cambridge Examinations for Checkpoint Foundation (Grade 8/9 only) are charged at R1 300.00 per subject (Mathematics, English and Science only) The External Cambridge Examinations for IGCSE & AS/A Level are charged from R1700.00 per subject payable on 2 nd February for the May/June session or on the 31 st July for the November session.
