Regulations for participation in the project "Continents of Wroclaw - Your Ticket to the labour market" co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund Part: Stationary training, consulting support and translations 1 DEFINITIONS Whenever project Regulations refer to: 1. Project should be understood as project "Continents of Wroclaw - Your Ticket to the labour market", which is the subject of the grant agreement. 2. Regulations should be understood as Regulations of participation in the project "Continents of Wroclaw - Your Ticket to the labour market". Part: Stationary training, consulting support and translations. 3. Project Manager should be understood as Wrocławskie Centrum Integracji in Wroclaw, implementing the project on behalf of the Municipality of Wrocław. 4. Application for financial aid should be understood as application for project financing number 12/2-2015/FAMI. 5. Project Office should be understood as the project office of "Continents of Wroclaw - Your Ticket to the labour market" within the Wrocławskie Centrum Integracji in Wroclaw, Strzegomska Street no. 49, 53-611 Wroclaw, first floor, room 14. 6. Internet website should be understood as a project website available at 7. Stationary training should be understood as forms of support offered in accordance with 2 par. 5 8. Consultation should be understood as services offered as set out in 2 par. 7 9. Project Participant should be understood as a person who has accepted and signed an agreement for the provision of training services consulting, declaration of participation and joined the stationary training offered by the project.

2 OBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS 1. The object of the present Regulations are the conditions for participation in the project "Continents Wroclaw Your Ticket to the Labour Market" in the part concerning stationary training and the use of consultation and translation. 2. The project is implemented in the period from 01 November 2015 to 30 September 2017, or under the current application for financing the project. 3. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. 4. The objectives of the project are: enhancing the professional capacity of 150 foreigners through participation in courses, consultations and in activation forms available at the socioprofessional integration Club INTEGRA-CIS not later than until 07/31/2017 eliminating negative stereotypes about migrants in the Polish labour market through educational activities, i.e. "Close to the labour market" meetings, "Job for a foreigner guidance for employers" consultations and a conference summarizing the results of the project not later than until 09/30/2017 Promoting solutions for the professional integration of foreigners among the representatives of the host society, among others, during 5 meetings of experts, a conference summarizing the project through the development and dissemination of Wroclaw Model of Multi-integration - towards the labour market not later than until 30/09/2017 5. Stationary trainings referred to in section 1 are realized in the form of: a. The central module "I get to know, I learn", obligatory for all Participants and consisting of two parts: 1) Knowledge, 15 teaching hours, allowing to become familiar with the realities of the Polish labour market 2) Training, 35 teaching hours, developing key professional skills, including effective navigation on the job market b. The complementary modules "Improving yourself", selected obligatorily, in which participation is possible only in case of realization of the central module: 1) "My Polish language" an intensive course of Polish language at a rate of 128 hours of teaching with the possibility of one-time, free of charge attempt at a certified exam of Polish as a foreign language

conducted by the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language, 2) "Computer demystified" a computer course divided into two modules, each with 80 hours of classes, with the possibility of onetime, free of charge attempt at ECDL Start exam conducted by a certified examiner / certified unit 3) "Be your own boss" training consisting of 25 teaching hours, developing entrepreneurial skills of Participants, 4) workshop "Different alike", 20 teaching hours, developing social skills in the context of intercultural differences, self-defence training "Strong and safe" dedicated to women 10 teaching hours. 6. Stationary training will be organized in each case in as part of the five editions of the project held in the following periods: a. I edition: January 2016 - April 2016. b. II edition: May 2016 - August 2016. c. III edition: September 2016 - December 2016. d. IV edition: January 2017 - April 2017. e. V edition: May 2017 - August 2017. 7. Consultations and translations referred to in section 1 include individual consultations provided by a career advisor, computer skills trainer, lawyer, financial-hr specialist, a psychologist and a sworn translator (in amount up to 750 pages of translation for Participants during the entire project). 8. Support referred to in section 4 will be implemented from January 2016 to 31 July 2017 according to the Schedule available at the website and in Project Office. 3 CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT AND PRINCIPLES OF RECRUITMENT 1. Participant of the project can be a person who on the date of commencement of participation in the project, referred to in 4 section 1, meets the formal criteria. The list of formal criteria is attached as Appendix 1 hereto. 2. Recruitment of Project Participants is carried out constantly (continuously) during the period from 25 November 2015 until 21 April 2017. 3. For each edition of the project, referred to in 2. 6, will be recruited 30 Participants referred to in section. 1, interested in participating in stationary trainings and consultations. 4. Recruitment of the project Participants consists of II Stages:

a. Stage I Verification of Application for admission to the project referred to in section. 5; b. Stage II conducting interviews with persons interested in participating in the Project that meet the eligibility criteria and have submitted documentation in accordance with the requirements of 3 par. 5-7. 5. A condition to qualify for the second stage of the recruitment process is the submission of an Application for the Project, within the period referred to in section2, available in Project Office or website. 6. The document referred to in section 5, must be submitted in paper or electronic form. The document should be endorsed with a handwritten signature and be submitted in person at Project Office, by mail / courier to the address of Project Office, by fax, by email or through the electronic form available on the project website. In case of an application via an electronic form available on the website or by e-mail, the person submitting the form is obliged to supplement a personal signature at the headquarters of Project Office within 14 calendar days from the date of form submission. Failure to submit the personal signature within the period referred to in the preceding sentence is tantamount to resignation from participation in the project. The date of submission of the document shall be the date of its receipt. 7. During the second stage of recruitment referred to in section 4 pt. b, a person interested in participating in the project is required to provide: a. documents proving legal residence of a foreigner in Poland, declared in relation to Application for the Project, b. document confirming identity (for viewing). Failure to submit these documents is tantamount to resignation from participation in the Project. 8. During the second stage of the recruitment all candidates to participate in the project are obliged to declare in which stationary training and / or individual counselling they want to participate. 9. Person interested in support in the form of stationary training is required to declare willingness to participate at least in the training specified in 2 section5 point a. 10. Interviews in the second stage of recruitment will be conducted on the following dates: a. for first edition of the project in December 2015. b. for II edition of the project in April 2016.

c. for III edition of the project in August 2016. d. for IV edition of the project in December 2016. e. for V edition of the project In April 2017. subject to the provisions of section 16. 11. As a result of the interviews within the framework of Stage II of the recruitment process for each edition of the training referred to in 2 section 6, a list of 30 people qualified to participate in training fixed in the edition shall be prepared. Persons not qualified to participate in the project and at the same time fulfilling the eligibility criteria, will be placed on the reserve list. 12. Project Manager reserves the right to determine the list of people qualified to participate in stationary training in a given edition, referred to in 2 section 6, maintaining preferences, according to the application for financial aid, compared to: a. women, b. vulnerable persons (persons with disabilities, elderly, pregnant women, single parents with minor children, victims of torture or rape or other serious forms of psychological, physical or sexual violence or abuse, victims of trafficking, and individuals in need of emergency care and essential treatment of illness), c. people staying in Poland less than 5 years. 13. Persons eligible to participate in the stationary training shall be notified by telephone and / or e-mail by employees of the Project at least 2 days prior to edition, referred to in 2 section 6. The list of persons qualified shall be posted on the website and on the notice board in Project Office. 14. In case of resignation from participation in stationary training at the recruitment stage, the Candidate is obliged to inform Project Manager about this fact. 15. Persons eligible to participate in the stationary training will be required to report personally on the date indicated by the Project Manager in order to sign documents necessary to participate in the Project. Failure to appear on the scheduled date means resignation from participation in stationary training. 16. In case if all persons in the primary and reserve list resign from participation in the project, Project Manager reserves the right to resume the second stage of the recruitment referred to in section 10, in order to accept the required number of persons referred to in section 11.

4 DURATION AND SCOPE OF SUPPORT UNDER THE PROJECT 1. The date of commencement of participation in the Project shall be the date of signing the Agreement for the provision of training and consulting services and the declaration of participation. 2. Support provided to Participant of the project includes free access to training and consulting services in accordance with the submitted declaration referred to in 3 sec. 8 and 9. 3. If less than 5 Project Participants express their interest in the form of a stationary training, Project Manager reserves the right not to launch the given course / training within the edition, referred in 2 section 6. 4. Support in the form of stationary training, will be provided at a maximum 92 days of training / edition referred to in 2 section 6. The detailed training schedule will be forwarded to Participants of the Project no later than on the date of commencement of Participation in the Project, referred to in 4 section 1 pt. a, published on the website and posted on the notice board of Project Office. Project Manager reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, about which he will inform the Project Participants immediately by putting relevant information on its website and on the board of Project Office. 5. Completion of the project means attendance in at least 80% of teaching hours of "Central module", referred to in 2 Section 5 point a. 6. Compliance with the conditions referred to in section 5 entitles Project Participant to receive a certificate of completion of the project. 5 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 1. Project Participant has the right to: a. participate free of charge in stationary training, individual counselling and use translations of documents subject to 2 section 7; b. read the detailed program and schedule of stationary training and individual counselling carried out under the Project, c. receive free training materials during trainings;

d. help themselves with refreshments during stationary training; e. to be informed about the possibility of using his/her image and statements for the needs of Project Manager, in particular for promotional and reporting activities. Image and statements of Participant of the project can be used by project managers only with the written consent of the Participant of the Project; f. access and correct their personal data, provided to Project Manager in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws of 2002 101, item 926, as amended). 2. Project Participant undertakes in particular to: a. participate in training under the central module at the level of minimum 80% of classes; b. participate in the training within complementary modules and individual consultations in accordance with the declaration of participation and the program and schedule of training / consultation. c. join the evaluation studies; d. each time personally confirm by signing a special form that they attended the training / consultation, received the materials referred to in 5 section 1 pt. c and refreshments, referred to in 5 section 1 pt. d; e. participation in stationary training / individual counselling in a state of complete sobriety, i.e. excluding the state after consuming alcohol or drugs; f. compliance with the rules of team work and any other rules established with person leading stationary training; g. behave consistent with the principles of social coexistence, especially towards other Participants and staff Contractor; h. provide Project Manager with their personal data necessary for the recruitment process, training / individual counselling, monitoring and evaluation of the project, as well as to the extent necessary to fulfil by Project Manager reporting obligations to the Entity co- financing the project; i. inform Project Manager about any circumstances that could disrupt further participation in the Project; 3. Project Manager is entitled to:

a. recruit Project Participants in accordance with Regulations; b. obtain from Project Participant any statements and documents necessary for the proper implementation of the grant agreement / application for financial aid; c. reschedule planned stationary training / individual consultations in case of fortuitous event or force majeure, of which he will inform Project Participants immediately by putting relevant information on the website and information board of Project Office; d. consult with legal counsel who will draw up an opinion in the case of questions relating to compliance with formal criteria for participation in the project and the likelihood of conflict situations. 4. Project Manager is obliged to: a) care for the highest professional level of training and individual counselling and regular evaluating the activities undertaken within the framework of training and counselling services; b) provide for Project Participants the possibility of free use trainings and individual consultations organized within the Project in accordance with applicable program and schedule; c) provide for Project Participants a detailed program and schedule of training and consultation carried out under the Project, d) prepare and provide for Project Participants free training materials; e) provide refreshments during stationary training. 6 FINAL PROVISIONS 1. These Regulations shall be valid for a period of project implementation. 2. Project Manager reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and shall inform Project Participants about any such changes through information on the website and on the notice board of Project Office. 3. Failure to comply with these Regulations may result in the deletion from the list of Project Participants.

4. In matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of the existing law shall apply. 5. Project Manager reserves the right to discontinue the Project in the event of termination of the grant agreement.

Appendix 1 Formal criteria A person interested in participating in the project must live in Wroclaw and be a foreigner, a non-eu citizen, who fulfils one of the following requirements: 1. Reside in the Polish territory legally, based on: visa, temporary residence permit permanent residence permit long-term EU residence permit evidence of formal tolerated stay permit called "tolerated stay permit permission to stay for humanitarian reasons 2. Apply for a permit for temporary residence under amnesty, and now reside on the territory of Poland on the basis of the stamp, who: applied for a permit for temporary or permanent residence applied for a long-term EU residence permit requested an extension of the Schengen visa or a national visa, in which the rationale is consistent with one of the following purposes: o run a business activity o work for a period not exceeding six months over the next 12 months on the basis of a statement of intention to employ registered in the district labour office o work on the basis of a document other than specified in the point above o pursue studies of the first degree, second degree or uniform master or third degree studies o professional training o education or training in a form other than upon completion of first degree, second degree or uniform master or third degree studies or professional training o education o conduct scientific research or development works o join a citizen of another Member State of the European Union, the Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) - a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation or reside with them o arrive in the Polish territory as a member of the immediate family of a repatriate o exercising rights of ownership of the Polish Card

o repatriation o use temporary protection o arrival for humanitarian reasons, in the interest of the state or international obligations o implement a temporary residence permit for the purpose of family reunification o other than the aforementioned requested an extension of the period of stay under the visa-free regime in the territory of the Republic of Poland
