TO USE FOR: Cold Therapy Freeze PeazPak therapy pack for at least 4 hours. PeazPak therapy packs and PeazPod wrap can be stored in the freezer for immediate and convenient cold therapy relief. TO USE FOR: Hot Therapy Always start with PeazPak therapy pack at room temperature. Heating times differ based on pack size.
