It plays a potential and key role in climate change and reducing the emission of carbon dioxide. Making clear the current state and total volume of carbon dioxide emission in China s tourism industry trying to find out the emission reduction potential emission reduction and the problems confronting the design of policy framework constructs a train of thought regarding conceptual policy framework design and offers four - in - one measures of emission reduction from departments in charge of tourism tourism enterprises tourism operators and tourists.
