Technical Team Iain Scarr MBA, BSc. Geology VP Exploration & Development Mr. Scarr worked primarily in industrial minerals exploration and commercial development from1979-2009 with Rio Tinto where he was responsible for multiple discoveries in North and South America and Africa, and worked on the commercial justification for the Jadar lithium-borate resource in Serbia. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology from California State University, and earned an MBA from The University of Southern California. Following his 29 years with Rio Tinto, Iain joined Lithium One Inc. where he was responsible for bringing the Sal de Vida lithium Brine project in Argentina through feasibility with Galaxy Resources Following Galaxy, Iain completed the definitive feasibility on the Rincon project with the Enirgi Group. During his time working on these world-class resources, Mr. Scarr established relationships with globally respected professionals from multiple disciplines world-wide. Dr. Vijay Mehta, PhD Advisory Board Director Dr. Mehta comes to Millennial Lithium with 45+ years of R&D and Manufacturing experience in the field of Ore and Brine based technology for recovery of Lithium, Potash, Magnesium and Boron to produce commercial scale high purity chemical products. Extensive knowledge of Lithium Resources (Brines and Ores) and their chemistry, having visited all Lithium resources sites around the world. Expert insight of Lithium process technologies for the recovery of Lithium into high purity Li 2 CO 3, LiOH and more than 20 other Lithium products (Inorganic -Organometallic). Holds more than 12 US patents, +50 Technology reports and +10 publications. G.A. Pastos Grandes Project

Pastos Grandes 1. The Company has an option to acquire 100% of the Pastos Grandes Lithium Project in Salta Province Argentina. 2. The Pastos Grandes Lithium Project currently covers 1,221 hectares 3. Applications for an additional 4,236 hectares have been submitted to the government of Salta. 4. Historic sampling of the Pastos Grandes Project determined that salar contains brines with a density of 1.2+ and Li contents of 400mg/l to 600mg/l, with some values exceeding 3000 mg/l lithium. 5. Pastos Grandes can be put into production with in 3 years.
Deal Terms: Under the terms of the option agreement, Millennial can acquire a 100% interest in the project by: Paying $200,000 US on signing. (completed) $500,000 US and 500,000 shares on exchange approval. $500,000 US and 500,000 shares 6 months from exchange approval. $1,000,000 on the 12 month anniversary of exchange approval. The project is subject to a 1.5% NSR, which the Company has the option to purchase for $3 million
Historical Development Work Eramine Sudamerica SA previously invested over $4 million US on the project over a 2 year period in 2011 and 2012. Extensive development work and exploration studies were completed including: Six exploration wells were drilled to determine geochemistry of the brine/aquifier which included core recovery and pumping tests. Geophysical surveys including CSAMT surveys - 8 stations and Vertical Electric Sound (SEV) 4 stations. Evaporation tests were carried out in pilot plant on site. 3 brine samples collected in the southwestern sector of the Pastos Grades properties had values between 602.2 to 665.9 mg/l of lithium and 6342 to 7146 mg/l of potassium;
Infrastructure 1. Located 231 km from the city of Salta at an elevation of 3800 meters. The project is accessible year-round using paved highway and dirt roads from Salta. 2. Los Pastos Grandes Village, 120 inhabitants, 12 Km north of the properties provides basic infrastructure including a domestic water system and diesel based power generation of 220 volts; 3. A 600MW, 375kVolt power line between Salta and Mejillones in Chile passes 53 km to the north of the project. 4. A natural gas gipeline passes through San Antonio de los Cobres to Salar de Pocitos, 26 km northwest from the Millennial properties.
