3 Mission Statement & Introduction Grow shareholder value through socially and environmentally responsible programs of mineral tailings remediation in Latin America. Production Trading Reclamation The Company is re-processing artisanal tailings to remove contamination with the added benefit of recovering gold and silver with remarkably low capital and operating costs. The Company s gold trading business sources precious metals locally and relies on rapid trading to mitigate commodity price risk while yielding additional revenues. Contamination is removed from the artisanal tailings material during re-processing, delivering environmental and social benefits to local stakeholders.

4 Approach & Differentiation While investor interest in precious metals has been strong, as illustrated by continued robust demand for physical gold, the appetite for the traditional mining story of risky exploration, protracted development, and high production costs has waned. Newlox is at the forefront of a paradigm shift in the metals Small Scale supply chain towards frugal and rapidly commissionable projects which can recycle historical wastes and generate operational revenues. Low Cost Organic Growth Small scale or minimal disturbance operations are inherently more environmentally and socially friendly and tailings re-processing goes further to provide immediate social & economic benefits to local stakeholders. Rapidly commissioned, small scale, operations will generate the operational cash flow needed to expand organically without reliance on the expensive capital markets.

Third party testing has determined that these stockpiles contain residual precious metals & contaminants which can be recovered using Newlox s technology. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering at UBC to achieve its goals in regard to establishing a profitable as well as socially and environmentally responsible system for economical waste remediation. The company s first processing and reclamation facility has been commissioned following extensive testing at UBC and is now being ramped-up to a throughput capacity of 80 tonnes per day. The UBC team remain involved in the process and continue to support the Company s endeavours.

7 Tailings Remediation Facility A gravity circuit is fully operational and is actively producing valuable concentrate while capturing deleterious materials. 9 Beneficiation Facility With the help of its advisors at UBC, the Newlox team has fabricated a wholly-owned beneficiation facility designed to recover precious metal doré from the company produced concentrate for sale while recovering mercury for responsible disposal. The beneficiation plant has been commissioned and initial gold production and sales were reported in May of Optimization work continues to deliver increasing efficiency and the installation of a brand new electrowinning system is currently underway.

10 Gold Production Established The recently commissioned beneficiation facility has allowed for the establishment of regular gold doré pours. As a result, the Company announced its first sale and revenues in May of This achievement has validated the company s business model and paves the way for ramping up of processing operations. Newlox has a comprehensive plan to incrementally increase gold doré output toward its stated objectives and plans to frequently update its shareholders as it progresses.

11 Gold Trading Platform Newlox has established a precious metals trading program which has already achieved profitability during the market testing. By employing a high frequency of transactions risk associated with commodity price volatility has been eliminated. From December 2013 to January 2015 the Company completed 310+ trades totalling in excess of 22.5 kilos of gold at an average purity of 51% Gold. Having proven the viability of this program, the company will expand its program throughout the region. Additional capital will be applied to enhance the trading float.

12 Key Management Team Ryan Jackson, President, holds degrees in environmental science, with a emphasis on human health, and political science. He has worked in the mining industry both in the field and in the boardroom and has spent the past three years as the Canadian editor of a mining industry magazine. Gary MacDonald, Chief Executive Officer, has over 25 years experience in the natural resource industry and an extensive background in mining. He represents the 5 th generation of a prominent Canadian mining family and has worked with several financial and venture capital organizations. Mr. MacDonald has experience in investment management, banking, M&A, corporate and capital structuring and institutional financings. Jeffrey Benavides, Chief Financial Officer, resides in Costa Rica and manages the accounts payables, receivables, payroll, cost controls, purchasing systems, and inventory control. He is an experienced chartered accountant and computer engineer with extensive managerial experience and a background in mining.
