Merchant Account Login Administration Account Administrator Setting up your Account As the Administrator for a NETELLER Merchant Account, you will receive an email with a link to complete the setup of your account. This link is only valid for 24 hours! Your login credentials will be your Email address, Password, and Account key. Please remember these login credentials. If you need to access more than one Merchant Account, you may use the same Email address and Password. However, each Merchant Account requires a different Account key. Creating Account Users Once you have completed your account and have successfully signed in at https://merchant.neteller.com, you will find a new tab in your Merchant Account named Manage Users. This section is only visible to Merchant users with administrative permission. Page 4 of 10
From the Manage Users tab, you can create multiple users for the same Merchant account. Click on the Create user(s) button and complete the form. You need to provide the Email address of each new user, select their account level, and the tabs to which you will grant access to this user. Please note, if you select Administrator as their account level, this user will also have access to the Manage Users tab. Page 5 of 10
Once you confirm this action, an email will be sent to this user notifying of their new access. The included link will allow them to complete their account and is only valid for 24 hours. If you wish to create more than one user with the same account level and the same permissions, you may enter more than one email addresses, but only one email address per line. Please note, each Merchant Account can have no more than thirty-five (35) active or initiated user accounts. Additionally, from those, no more than three (3) may have administrative permission. Managing Account Users From the Manage Users tab, you will also be able to edit a user s account. Under Actions, click on the Edit User link to change their: Status: Active or Inactive. Inactive means the user cannot sign in Account level: Basic user or Administrator Permissions: you may add or remove the tabs which they can access Page 6 of 10
Other Actions If you ve created a new user and they have missed the 24 hour window to complete their account, it will still have status as Initiated. Under Actions, click on the Send Completion link link to resend a new email to this user and they will have another opportunity to complete their account. If you have misspelled an email address and need to remove the Initiated account, under Actions, click on the Delete user link to delete that account. Page 7 of 10
If a user has forgotten their password, under Actions, click on the Reset password link to send a link which allowing them to reset their password. If a user has forgotten their Account key, under Actions, click on the Reset account key link to send a link which will allow them to reset their Account key. If a user is locked out for failed sign in attempts, under Actions, click on the Activate user link to re-activate their account. Page 8 of 10
Editing your Account If you need to change your own contact details, you may do so from the My Profile tab: From the same tab, you may also change your Password: You may also change the Account key used to sign in to this specific Merchant Account: Page 9 of 10
