Portrays people or depicts material in a way that discriminates against or vilifies a person or section of the community or directly or indirectly discriminates against or vilifies a person or section of the community on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability or political belief; 3. Is considered to be misleading or deceptive or is considered to engage in misleading or deceptive conduct; 4.
