CREDIT TOWARDS PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANCY QUALIFICATIONS Depending upon modules studied and performance, University of Exeter graduates may obtain credit towards the qualifications of the following leading professional accounting bodies: Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) The Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) Credit is maximised for those graduating with BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance or BA (Hons) Business and Accounting having made appropriate module choices; it is by no means, however, restricted to these graduates. Note that credit available changes from time to time, with changes in the professional bodies qualifications and changes in University modules * and degree schemes. This is because the ICAEW deems that the general learning outcomes for the paper are incorporated into modules throughout the accounting degree programmes.
