If there is a failure outside of that time, we will endeavour to fix it if we can. We will cover any manufacturing problems and failure of any parts We are unable to cover: - Paint scratches or damage that occur after acceptance of the car - Damage due to wear and tear / Crash damage - Problems caused by poor maintenance - Anything on a car which has been modified from its original specification. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and judge the cause of the problem before committing to any warranty claims. This will depend on the order backlog. Once the schedule is clear, typically a car will take 12-16 weeks to build and deliver. While we do our best to give an estimate of delivery date, it is only ever an estimate and Pocket Classics accept no liability for delayed delivery of vehicles. These vehicles are designed as toys for use under adult supervision. They are not road legal and should only be used on private ground.
