Fees, Charges and Transaction Limits for Personal Accounts May 2016 Please read this document to understand transaction fees, limits and any rebates that may apply based on your account relationship with Big Sky. Transaction Fee Rebates The level of transaction rebates you are eligible for will be determined by the sum of your average deposit and loan balances, including your Big Sky credit card balance, each month. Any transaction fees in excess of your eligible transaction fee rebate will be charged to your account at the end of the month. Factors that contribute to your Big Sky relationship balance: Average loan debit balance Average deposit balance, including S1 accounts Average credit card balance owed Your relationship balance is calculated at the end of each month. Fee rebates are applied retrospectively. Note: the fee rebate does not apply to all fees and charges. Please see the Other charges and fees section of our Fee Schedule for further information. Daily Limits on Cash Withdrawals (including eftpos) & internet/telephone banking electronic transfers Cash withdrawals (including eftpos) $1,250.00 for Visa Card $10,000 per day (if registered for SMS One Time Passwords SMS OTP) External internet banking transfers Internal internet and telephone banking transfers If you have not registered for SMS OTP a daily limit of $1,250 applies. This limit includes: Pay Anyone mobile or email cumulative daily limit of $1,000 BPay payment limits are set by the BPay Biller UNLIMITED Internet Banking limits may be changed by calling 1300 654 321, however approval of this application will be at the discretion of Big Sky. Daily limits on cash and eftpos withdrawals cannot be changed. Term Deposit Early Redemption In accepting a fixed term deposit you agree to invest those funds with Big Sky for the nominated term. The acceptance of an early redemption request will be subject to a penalty interest adjustment, calculated as a percentage on the actual term of the deposit, referenced to the original maturity date. Travellers who may be visiting one or more countries can use the GTC in any country without incurring a cross currency conversion fee. In simple terms this means a USD, Euro or GBP GTC card can be used to purchase goods or services in for example Hong Kong, Japan, Bali or elsewhere at no additional cost. Exchange rates applicable at the time will apply. You may incur additional ad-hoc fees as part of the set up or operation of your accounts. These fees whilst not specifically listed will be charged to your account as per the cost to Big Sky. Changes We reserve the right to change any of the fees and charges detailed in this document, including the introduction of new fees. We may also waive fees and vary transaction limits in certain circumstances. If we decide to change fees and charges, we will do so in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice. Customers will be notified accordingly. Big Sky Errors Where a customer makes a request that would normally incur a fee as described below and it is found to be as a result of a Big Sky error, the applicable fee will be waived.
