Memory Pressure Gauges AutoMAN Software AutoMAN is a user friendly software which provides simple communication with memory tools of SMPT and DMPT series. Software implements the programming interface for setting up the tool clock, data record sampling and operation start. The simple interface provides easy and fast access to the tool memory. For the surface tools AutroMAN provides the on-line access which allows runtime data browsing and tool re-programming. The data points are comfortably visualized on the screen and can be easily shifted, rescaleds and zoomed in time and values. Software supports simple data processing such as point-by-point editing, filtering and resampling. The data selection can be saved in ASCII Text, LAS or DLIS format. Production Logging Tool GRANIT P-3 Tool P-3 measures wellbore fluid resistivity (RES), heat exchange (HEX) and acoustic noise (SNL) in three different frequency ranges: low frequency band (SNL1), middle frequency band (SNL2), high frequency band (SNL3). The fluid salinity is calculated from induction resistivity readings with temperature-based correction applied. The heat exchange sensor is based on precision platinum sensor of the improved hot-wire anemometer. Heat exchange responds to the smallest change in fluid composition and fluid flow velocity. Production Logging Tool GRANIT FBS Expandable Full Bore Spinner (FBS) measures the flow velocity across the wide section of wellbore. The tool should be run at the bottom of GRANIT tool-string. The turbine needle is fixed in jewelled bearings providing very sensitive response to the smallest flow. The real case wellbore calibrations show threshold to be as low as 0.1 m/min. Production Logging Tool GRANIT CFS Continuous Flow Spinner (CFS) measures the flow velocity across the side windows. The tool should be run at the bottom of the GRANIT tool-string. CFS has expandable centralizers and plastic turbine with overlapping flaps with jewelled bearings. The tool has a linear calibration in wide range of flow velocities and sustains reliable readings in high velocity flows. Production Logging Tool GRANIT UZI GRANIT UZI measures fluid velocity, fluid density and acoustic decay. The absence of mechanical parts ensures reliable operating in complicated logging conditions. Ultrasonic technique provides simultaneous measurements of fluid density and flow rate. The UZI fluid velocity readings are able to capture very small flows. The calibration is linear in a wide range of fluid velocities. Fluid density channel provides high accuracy fluid density readings and unlike differential pressure gauge does not need well deviation correction. Acoustic decay is very sensitive to the smallest gas inflow and also can differ between water and oil if no gas is present. Pulsed Neutron Neutron Logging Tool (SIGMA) AINK-43 AINK-43 tool measures rock hydrogen content index and microscopic thermal neutron capture cross-section (SIGMA). The downhole tool has a modular design and consists of two detachable units: Neutron Generator (ING 10-50-120) and Neutron Registrator. This allows replacing the neutron generator on site and continuing the long-hole survey without time losses. The neutron generator unit produces controlled sequence of the fast neutron bursts. The neutron detector provides registration of thermal neutron count in time and sends the data to the surface. This makes the readings insensitive to the disturbed gamma ray background which is frequently observed in wells with saline water production. The neutron detector unit contains two neutron sensors at some distance which provides separate readings for near and far reservoir zone. The downhole tool can be supplied with memory unit which provides downhole power supply and data recording to the built-in memory. This allows to use the tool without EWL facilities. The PU-10 surface registration panel provides the downhole data registration and transmission on to the PC through the COM- RS232 interface. The software provides thermal neutron decay data processing, calibration and derives hydrogen index and capture crosssection based on calibration constants. The hydrogen index can be further interpreted in porosity units for water-filled reservoirs. The SIGMA log can be interpreted in terms of water saturation for known porosity and fluid mineralization. Well Integrity Tools ZAS-TNL-36 ZAS-TNL-36 measures wellbore noise, temperature and acoustic response from the surrounding media. The acoustic cement bond log is based on acoustic response of the nearest barriers and the media between them. The variable density image shows a picture of radial variation of cement bond quality. In open hole section the tool provides a clear response to the macroscopic fractures. The high sensitive temperature and noise logs show the zones of integrity fail under flowing conditions.
