Grease a loaf tine and line with baking paper; Put the butter, eggs, sugar, flour and 90mls (1/3 cup) milk into a large mixing bowl. Beat together until well combined; Divide the mixture evenly between two bowls. Beat the vanilla into one. Beat the cocoa and remaining milk into the other; Using a metal spoon put the mixtures alternately into the prepared tin. Draw a skewer through the mixture to create a marbled effect; Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a skewer come out clean. Leave in tin to cool for about 10 minutes then turn onto wire rack to cool; When cold, ice with chocolate or vanilla plain icing. 93...
