UNDP s Bureau for Policy and Programme Support UNDP has substantially re-conceptualized how we will deliver support through a single, unified policy bureau, the Bureau for Policy and Programme Support (BPPS). The Bureau brings together our policy work across all regions and all levels, and ensures that risk awareness and crisis prevention and recovery are fully integrated into our development work. We have increased our focus on country support, moving a larger number of our experts to the regional hubs and making sure that our policy-related work is directly relevant to country-level results. 2015 opens with many challenges on the international scene, many of which will shape our work and we stand ready to face these challenges, better equipped to respond. With the new Bureau established, we are poised to deliver on the promise of our reforms, and make a difference in the countries where we work. I am pleased to provide you with this organigram introducing the new BPPS leadership team. Magdy Martínez-Solimán and Assistant Administrator Bureau for Policy and Programme Support 2
