COBBLES AND PEBBLES Irwins stock an array of attractive and versatile, naturally rounded Cobbles and Pebbles. They are extremely hard wearing and come in a range of colours. Most commonly used as a decorative landscape, water and garden feature or even to provide a striking edging to a display. Our Cobbles and Pebbles are available in Tonne Bags or 25kg bags. If large quantities are required, we can supply loose bulk loads. A range of other colours and sizes are available upon request. PAVING AND LANDSCAPING INDIAN SANDSTONE Indian Sandstone is available in a choice of colours designed to suit most types of garden, be it traditional or contemporary. Indian Sandstone will help to create an outdoor ambience with its authentic appearance, beauty and elegance. It is guaranteed to transform your garden, patio or driveway. Different sizes allow a wide variety of random layouts or formal patterns to be created. CLASSIC Classic Indian Sandstone comes with a natural riven surface, handressed edges and a variation in the thickness of the slabs from 2.5-3.5cm. Classic Ravina Classic Modak VINTAGE Vintage Indian Sandstone comes with a brushed and rubbed surface, tumbled edges and calibrated at 2.5cm thick. INDIAN LIMESTONE Indian Limestone is a very tough durable stone. Non water-absorbent, non-slip, non-porous, and its resistance to wear is higher than with other stones. Limestone blends perfectly with old and new landscapes alike. It is not as vibrant as Indian Sandstone but offers a more subtle effect. Limestone has many variations in colour and can change over time with the natural elements. CLASSIC Our selection of Classic Indian Limestone is suitable for pathways and patios. It has handressed edges a natural riven surface and varies between 2-3cm in thickness. VINTAGE Our Vintage Limestone is suitable for pathways and patios. It has tumbled edges and a rubbed and brushed surface. It is calibrated 2.5cm thick. It is available in Black and Yellow only. Granite is used in both private and commercial projects throughout the world on a daily basis. Irwins can supply Silver & Golden Granite Paving suitable for pathways, driveways and patios. DERBYSHIRE GOLDEN GRAVEL Derbyshire Golden Gravel is a self binding gravel. It provides a sympathetic, attractive rich golden surface, which is easy to lay and maintain. Its natural setting properties bind the gravel together when rolled, to provide a self compacted firm finished surface, which remains firmer underfoot than conventional loose aggregate. Using Native Armagh natural stone, this product is quarried and manufactured in Armagh. Combining modern equipment with traditional craftsmanship results in a high quality, original product. ROOTZONE MIXES Irwins have a wealth of experience in supplying high quality construction and maintenance material for sports surfaces and golf courses. Landscapers have also benefited from these products as they are stone free and extremely easy to level. This saves time and also ensures a top quality growing medium. We have developed a range of sand mixes using soil, peat and compost. These mixes comply with the most rigorous of specifications and we can develop mixes to suit individual requirements and specifications. GARDEN CARE Irwins have a range of basic construction grits, gravels and sands which can be used when developing and designing a garden, landscape, patio, drive or path. Our range includes sharp sand, fine lawn sand, horticultural grit, pea gravel and drainage gravels. We stock play sand for kids play areas. Our play sand is a high quality silica sand which is non toxic and non staining. It ensures a safe playing environment for children. SLEEPERS Irwins supply top quality Grade A Railway Sleepers. These are commonly used to create garden features and flowerbeds or to act as a retaining wall. FEATURE STONES Irwins can source large feature stones which can be used to add drama to a garden or drilled and used as a water feature. These large stones can weigh up to five tonnes each.
