A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 1. OVERVIEW. These Official Rules govern the Pittsburgh Penguins & RAM Trucks Fan Appreciation Lease Giveaway (the Promotion ) being conducted by the Pittsburgh Penguins (the Sponsor ). Fans can enter the Promotion online for a chance to win two (2) tickets to the final Pittsburgh Penguins home game v. the New York Islanders at CONSOL Energy Center on April 10, 2015, where they will have a chance to win a two (2) year lease on a 2015 RAM 1500 Outdoorsman Crew Cab 4x4 ( Grand Prize ) provided by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles ( FCA ). 2. ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open to all persons who: 1) are twenty- one (21) years of age or older; 2) legally reside in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, or Maryland; 3) have a current, valid government- issued driver s license issued in their name (or the name of the co- signer) by their state of residence; and 4) meet the Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements below. IMPORTANT: In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize winner must submit information and proof that he/she is: 1) able and eligible to sign vehicle lease agreement (co- signer is permissible) with approval through Chrysler Capital (details will be provided by FCA); 2) gainfully employed; 3) pass a credit check required by Chrysler Capital (or his/her co- signer must pass a credit check); and 4) able to obtain full automobile coverage insurance and fulfill any other state automobile insurance requirements as of April 1, 2015 (collectively, Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements ). Entrants are required to provide truthful information and any entrant that provides false or fraudulent information will forfeit his/her right to participate in the Promotion. Sponsor will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. Employees of the Sponsor, FCA, and each of their parent, subsidiary companies, affiliates, divisions, franchisees, representatives, consultants, sub- contractors, suppliers, distributors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and members of their immediate families (defined for these purposes as including spouse, parents, children, and siblings and each of their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household, as well as each of the participating wireless carriers, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulation. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and

the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. 3. TIMING. The Promotion entry period begins January 1, 2015 at 6:00:00 am ET and ends on March 29, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the Promotion Period ). Untimely entries will not be accepted or be eligible to win, except as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor s computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any part or day of the Promotion in its sole discretion and without prior notice. 4. HOW TO ENTER. To participate in the Promotion, you must enter online during the Promotion Period at www.pittsburghpenguins.com. Entrants will be asked to register for the Promotion by submitting the registration information requested. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems. All entrants must agree to the Sponsor s online submission release in order to submit his/her entry. Multiple entries from the same person or email will not be accepted, or if accepted, may later be rejected and may result in disqualification (at Sponsor s sole discretion). Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods may void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The prize will be awarded to the name corresponding to the email address submitted on the entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by a wireless service provider, Internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses associated with the submitted email address, as applicable. Potential winners may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. 5. WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION. On or around March 30, 2015 five (5) potential finalist winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries (the Grand Prize Finalists ) and contacted by Sponsor via the contact information provided during registration. Each potential Grand Prize Finalist will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability form ( Affidavit ) and provide information and proof that they meet the additional Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements within the time period provided by Sponsor. Upon return and verification of the Affidavit and satisfaction of Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements,

each Grand Prize Finalist will be invited and given two (2) tickets to the grand prize event (the Event ) on April 10, 2015 from 6:00 pm ET to 10:30 pm ET at CONSOL Energy Center, 1001 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. If a potential Grand Prize Finalist cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Affidavit and provide proof of meeting the Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements within the required time period, or is disqualified for any other reason, the potential Grand Prize Finalist forfeits his/her right to be a Grand Prize Finalist, and all prizes and rights that go with it. Time permitting, an alternate Grand Prize Finalist will be selected and invited to the Event in compliance with these Official Rules. All Grand Prize Finalists must be present at the Event and check in with Sponsor no later than 6:00:00 pm ET on April 10, 2015. No proxies or stand- ins will be permitted. Upon checking in with Sponsor staff, each Grand Prize Finalist will receive one (1) Pittsburgh Penguins jersey to wear on the ice. Upon completion of the hockey game s last period, the Grand Prize Finalists will be driven onto the ice at CONSOL Energy Center in a 2015 RAM 1500 Outdoorsman Crew Cab 4x4 (the Vehicle ). In an order randomly selected by Sponsor, each Grand Prize Finalist will have the opportunity to pick one (1) of five (5) key fobs out of a bin. One (1) of the five (5) key fobs will activate the Vehicle, while the other four (4) will not. One by one, each of the Grand Prize Finalists will have an opportunity to see if his/her key fob is the key that activates the Vehicle. The Grand Prize Finalist whose key fob activates the Vehicle will be named the potential winner of the Grand Prize. Once the Vehicle has been activated by the potential Grand Prize winner, no other Grand Prize Finalists will have an opportunity to start the Vehicle. Odds of being selected as a Grand Prize Finalist are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Odds of a Grand Prize Finalist winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 5 (provided that there are no disqualifications). The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute several documents by the Sponsor and FCA. Failure to do so within the time allotted will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Further, Sponsor will verify that all of the information and proofs submitted in connection with the Affidavit and Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements are truthful. Any misrepresentation, fraud, or false information and proofs submitted in connection with the Affidavit and Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements will result in immediate disqualification. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER, EVEN IF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES AND ALL GRAND PRIZE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. 6. PRIZES. There will be a total of six (6) prizes awarded as part of this Promotion. There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded and (5) Grand Prize Finalist prizes awarded. THE TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL SIX (6) PRIZES IS $21,620.

Grand Prize. The Grand Prize includes a two (2) year lease on a 2015 RAM 1500 Outdoorsman Crew Cab 4x4. FCA and Sponsor are to make the decision regarding color, model, and options of the Vehicle in its sole discretion. The lease includes 10,000 miles per year and a cap of 22,500 miles allowed during the life of the lease. Grand Prize winner is responsible for: (i) any fees related to excess mileage, wear and tear/damage to the Vehicle (or any part thereof); (ii) disposition fees (if any); (iii) all applicable Vehicle title, license and registration fees; (iv) freight, delivery, FCA prep, destination, emissions inspection, or any similar fees or charges; (v) any additional equipment, add- on s, or options that are not part of this prize package; (vi), all federal, state and local taxes; (vii) insurance; (viii) any costs involved with operating the Vehicle, including but not limited to gasoline and Vehicle maintenance; and (ix) all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the Grand Prize. APPROXIMATE MANUFACTURER RETAIL VALUE OF THE GRAND PRIZE IS $20,000. Sponsor and FCA accept no responsibility for the Grand Prize winner s use or misuse of the Vehicle in any way, or any damage that may be caused by or to the Vehicle as a result of the Grand Prize winner accepting and using the prize. Any additional options (including the interior and exterior color) not specified herein are subject to availability and any payment associated with such option(s) will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The potential Grand Prize winner must pass a credit check, provide proof of full coverage insurance and a valid driver s license, and fulfill all other Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements before taking possession of the Vehicle. Upon verification and fulfillment of the Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements, Grand Prize winner will sign the vehicle lease agreement and must pick up Vehicle at the dealership designated by FCA based on its proximity to residence to the winner, within sixty (60) days after April 10, 2015. IF THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER OR THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER S CO- SIGNER DOES NOT PASS THE CREDIT CHECK, CANNOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE PROOF OF INSURANCE, OR FAILS TO MEET ANY OF THE OTHER GRAND PRIZE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, THEN THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL FORFEIT THE GRAND PRIZE. FCA AND SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN THIS INSTANCE, TO SELECT AN ALTERNATE GRAND PRIZE WINNER BY ANY MEANS IT DEEMS PROPER. The Vehicle is provided as is. Neither Sponsor nor FCA has made or is responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Vehicle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer s limited warranty that may apply to the Vehicle. Grand Prize winner uses the Vehicle at his/her own risk. Grand Prize winner assumes all risk that may arise or be associated with the use of the Vehicle. Grand Prize Finalist Prizes. There will be five (5) Grand Prize Finalist Prizes. Each Grand Prize Finalist prize will consist of two (2) tickets to the final Pittsburgh Penguins home game v. the New York Islanders at CONSOL Energy Center on April

10, 2015 at 7:00 pm ET. ARV $324. Tickets may not be resold, assigned, or transferred without the permission of Sponsor. No refund or exchange will be given if the Grand Prize Finalists cannot attend this game for any reason. THE TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL OF THE GRAND PRIZE FINALIST PRIZE TICKETS IS $1,620. There is no additional prize associated with being named a potential Grand Prize winner other than the opportunity for a chance to win the Grand Prize. LIMIT OF ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE FINALIST PRIZE PER PERSON. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes or cash of comparable value. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W- 9 with the Grand Prize winner s full Social Security Number or the equivalent. Failure to submit a complete W- 9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize. The Grand Prize will be reported to the IRS. Other restrictions may apply. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prizes, including transportation, lodging or any other expense associated with attending the home game on April 10, 2015, that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 7. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winners consent to Sponsor's and FCA s use of winners name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, provided fraudulent, misleading, or false information or proofs in connection with the Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements, or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and costs (including without limitation attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to make

changes in the rules of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, any competition or prize- related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize. 9. RELEASE. By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, FCA, the National Hockey League, and each of their related companies, each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and agents, ( Released Parties ) from and against any and all claims, demands, losses or cause of action for any damages (including without limitation, all consequential, punitive, and incidental damages), liability, loss, cost, fees (including attorney s fees), including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation or attempt to participate in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize and for claims based on publicity rights and intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. 10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Released Parties are not responsible for and entrants release and hold the Released Parties harmless for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which injury or damage may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or use of the Vehicle. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant s sole remedy is another Promotion entry. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. 11. DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania or the appropriate Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out- of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will

entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of- pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 12. PRIVACY. By use of Sponsor s website or by entering the Promotion through Sponsor s website, you agree to Sponsor s use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at http://penguins.nhl.com/club/page.htm?id=56463.
