Duration & Flexibility The programs are entirely flexible and thus the duration depends on the time and effort you are prepared to dedicate and your progress. The minimum duration of a program is 12 months (Master)/24 months (Doctorate); the average duration is 18 months (Master)/36 months (Doctorate). Capstone Project & Dissertation The Capstone Project (Master)/Dissertation (Doctorate) is your written product of the systematic study of a significant problem which follows a coherent methodology, independent research and comprehensive thinking. An appropriate organization and documentation is required, according to SMC University s academic rules and standards. Topics for the final papers are generally picked by the student, approved by the committee and submitted to a professor. The outcome of the assessment will be communicated to applicants on the following day. Settlement of Tuitions Invoices are set forth upon admission together with the official letter of acceptance.
