Our glass panes characterizes in interesting stylistics. It means also lots of combinations, ecology and energy conservation. We offer ornamental glazing ensuring privacy and interesting, individual
stylistics. On our clients request we may install fixed decorative elements, so called muntin bars (sash bars) between the glazing space. They give a building a unique character. Our glazing prevent from heat loss from the interior of a house. Micron thickness layer transmits light and solar energy to the interior of the room simultaneously prevents from losing heat. Sound-absorbent glazing Living in a noisy city it is worth thinking about noise protection. Sound-absorbent glazing are a way of dealing with street tumult, noise emitted by trains, vehicles, planes, playing children etc. Sun protecting glazing In many houses, offices, public use buildings there are applied huge spaced glazing surfaces, which makes the buildings full of sunlight. High degree of glass transparency may result in room overheating and high transmitting of UV rays. In order to protect this Sun protecting glazing is used.
Safety Glazing Laminated safety glass (VSG) Laminated glass consists of two or more glass layers float type (transparent) connected together by one or more PVB foils. Laminated safety glass has greater resistance against being broken by heavy objects. While hit against an object glass actually cracks but its pieces are kept together on undamaged PVB layer, and at the same time is a significant impediment to entering into the room unwanted people. The films used for the bonding glass may be clear or opaque. Tempered glazing Glass hardening consists in heating the glass to 620-680 Celsius degrees and cooling in a compressed air stream; that causes compression stresses on the surface layer which increases its durability. Tempered glass is a few times more durable than normal glass of the same thickness. In case of breaking it falls apart into small pieces with soften edges and not in the sharp needles. Tempered glass may be used everywhere where the standards require using safety glass. They are used in building constructions and also in the production of car glass panes. [18] With muntin bars On our clients request we may install fixed decorative elements, so called muntin bars (sash bars) between the glazing space. They give a building a unique character improving considerably its aesthetics. Muntin bars separating and holding panes of glass in a window may be in following types and sizes: As decorative elements with width 8,18,26 and 45 mm in colours and claddings offered by the manufacturer of glazing units They may be installed on the surface of insulated glass windows with air space between separate panes up to 22 mm What are muntin bars? They are decorative elements made from PVC or aluminium really separating or imitating panes separation.we may distinguish following types of muntin bars: Structural muntin bars:
Structural muntin bars separating the glass require installing small sized separate insulated pane sets as a result of separating the sash. This is the most expensive type of muntin bars installation. Viennese muntin bars: Viennese muntin bars are made from PVC and stuck to the outside of the glazing they imitate application of small sized pane sets. Within the two panes there is so called blind muntin bar. Internal muntin bars: These are muntin bars made form decorative aluminium profiles offered in a wide range of sizes and colours including faux wood ones. These muntin bars are installed permanently to the frames that are between the panes and they are placed inside the insulated pane sets. In double insulated windows muntin bars are installed only in one hollow space of insulated glass. Choose muntin bars to your windows. Solar control
The main task of insulated glazing is limiting thermal energy loss from the interior of room. Ways of limiting heat loss by using glass slats have technologically improved during recent years. The reduction of home s heating expenditures is owing to application of solar control glass. Manufacturers use in manufacturing process the highest quality low-emission soft coated glass. This glass is produced in a process, it means that combinations of metallic coatings are applied on glass panels beyond the production/assembly line. Emission coefficient of these coatings is several times lower than the same coefficient of the glass. This glass characterizes in very good transparency,
almost neutral colour scheme and perfect colour rendering index. Micron thickness layer transmits light and solar energy to the interior of the room simultaneously prevents from losing heat. Additionally, the hollow space between the panes is filled with noble gases (argon, krypton) that decrease the heat transfer coefficient U. Owing to that this coefficient in a single-glazed window pane totals U=1,1 W/m2K! Benefits: Nearly triple reduction of heat loss in comparison to a standard glass pane Reduction of home heating costs/expenditures Very good transparency and neutral colour scheme Reduction of condensation of steam Optimal temperature in a whole room (also in window area) Reduction of UV transmittance Environment preservation by reducing CO2 emission to the atmosphere Solar control glass panes double insulated Applying solar control glass is a consequence of technological advances/progress and a tendency of contemporary construction branch to minimalize heating needs and proper buildings insulation plays an increasingly significant role in the whole process. Modern energy management consist in reducing energy loss and controlled usage of free solar energy resources. Rising prices of traditional energy transmitters, decreasing energy resources, quota for environmentally harmful carbon dioxide (CO2) emission and the threat of climate changes reinforce applying effective, efficient and economical technologies. Therefore we present our offer focused on improving heat transfer coefficient of building solar control glass panes double insulated. They consist of three glass panes and two of them have thermal insulation coating We may made insulating glass pane with the lowest heat transfer coefficient that totals even 0,5 [W/(m2K)] Additionally warm frame reduces condensation of steam. Owing to that we
may prevent the inner surfaces of the glass panes from dewing. Glass panes of this type are used in buildings, in which obtaining the lowest heat transfer coefficient is especially important, in particularly in passive houses. SSP frames are available in basic colours: White, pale grey, dark grey, black, pale brown, dark brown And in following widths: 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm Information about availability of other widths and colours on individual request. Advantages Better comfort: Reduction of cold glass pane effect Reduction of condensation of steam effect (countervailing glass pane temperature with the temperature in the room, we may prevent glass pane
dewing) Very good transparency and neutral colour scheme Saving energy = environment preservation: Lower heating costs Environment preservation by reducing CO2 emission to the atmosphere Universality: Solar control glass panes work both during summer limiting room preheating and winter, reducing heat loss from the interior of a house. Owing to reducing ultraviolet radiation that is transmitted into house we protect our health and slow down fading of our furniture, carpets and curtains.
