Touch Buttons & Connection Ports of the Converter Overview of the Converter Box Connection Ports SCAN CNVTR: plug the Y-cable to this port for VGA input/output (another end of the Y-cable has to be connected to a monitor/pc). RGB OUT: Output RGB signal (RGB cable not included in this package) S-VIDEO OUT: Output S-VIDEO signal. Plug the S-Video cable to this port and connect to TV or VCR. VIDEO OUT: Output VIDEO signal. Plug the AV cable to this port and connect to TV or VCR. DC IN: plug the USB power cable to this port and this cable will obtain power via the USB port on PC YCbCr OUT: Output Y.Cb.Cr signal, connects to TV or VCR. YCbCr/RGB/CVBS: switch video output mode. Touch Buttons: POWER: turn on/off the power NTSC/PAL: switch between NTSC/PAL TV signals. MENU: turn on/off the menu ZOOM: zoom the image. RESET: returns to the default setting. UP/DOWN: move the image vertically. In the Menu mode, use these two buttons to select items on the menu. LEFT/RIGHT: move the image horizontally. In the Menu mode, use these two buttons to make your adjustments.
Installing the PC to TV Converter 1. Connect to a monitor with VGA port. Plug the USB head of the USB power cable into the USB port of the PC Connect one of the blue connector of the Y-cable to the VGA port of PC (it will have the word PC on the blue connector) Connect another blue connector of the Plug the black end of the Y-cable to the converter. Y-cable to the VGA port of the monitor. Plug the USB power cable (the gray one) into DC IN (for the USB power cable) and plug the ATTN: you must use the Y-cable supplied from KWorld. Other ones won t work with this product. AV cable (the yellow one) to the Video Out port. Then connect another end of the AV cable to a TV. 2. Once you have connected the converter to a monitor, then use either the AV cable (the yellow one), S-Video or YCbCr to TV.

Menu To navigate the Menu, use the Up/Down buttons on the panel to select the items on the Menu. To make adjustments for the item selected, use the Left/Right buttons on the panel to do so. FAQ Q1. I see color bars on my TV screen, what should I do? Answer: (1) Please follow the steps below and try to adjust the computer resolution and refresh rate.
(2) Please check if the cables are connected properly. (3) If you use AV/S-video cable,please switch the source to CVBS. If you use YCbCr cable,please switch the source to YCbCr. Q2. The TV screen is black, what should I do? Answer: (1) First, please make sure you are using the included Y-cable. Don t use other brand of cable to connect. (2) Please press N/P to switch the signal.
Q3. How can I get the sound? Answer: This PC To TV converter is made to deliver the contents in the computer onto TV screen. It doesn t provide the transfer of sound to TV. If you would like to have sound,you can use the audio cable shown below. Q4. The display is distorted (horizontal and vertical), and I cannot see the whole screen as shown on the computer. How can I solve it? Answer: Please press Menu"button on the remote control / the panel and adjust the horizontal and vertical size (H-SIZE and V-SIZE). Press the buttons on the remote control(up down left right ) to adjust the screen location to the center.
